Background&aims:we performed a meta-analysis to evaluate the pregnancy outcomes of different degrees of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy by different standardsMethods:such databases as VIP、CNKI、WANGFANG、 embase、pubmed、were searched from 1989 to 2015 for collecting pregnancy outcomes of ICP related articles,and their references were also searched.Meta-analyses were performed by stata 12.0.Results:When ICP were grading by TBA,15 published (5 english studies 10 chinese studies)articles were include.The meta-analysis showed that compare with the mild ICP,the sereve ICP had worse pregnancy outcomes as followed:The meconium-stained amniotic fluid(OR 3.42,95% CI (2.77,4.23)), fetal distress (OR 2.59,95% CI (1.72,3.88)), spontaneous preterm (OR 3.87,95% CI (3.04,4.92)), perinatal Death (OR 8.56,95% CI (3.89,18.87)), neonatal asphyxia (OR 2.89,95% CI (1.82,4.58)),except cesarean section(OR 6.19,95% CI (0.80,47.82)). When ICP were grading by DBIL TBIL AST ALT CG,8 chinese studies were include, The meta-analysis showed that compare with the mild ICP,the sereve ICP had worse pregnancy outcomes as followed: meconium-stained amniotic fluid (OR 3.59,95% CI value (2.40,5.37)),cesarean(OR6.57,95% CI(2.25,19.18)), perinatal death (OR= 15.70,95% CI(2.77,88.84)), children of low birth weight (OR 2.15,95% CI(1.43,3.24)), Neonatal hospitalization rates (OR=4.04,95% CI (1.44,11.35)), except Asphyxia (OR 2.67,95% CI(0.67,7.89)).
