| Objective: To learn the current situation of non-communicable chronic disease in Fularji District, and to determine the main occurring trend and associated factors of chronic disease and it’s future tendency and to provide further scientific basis for the better implement of comprehensive prevention and control of chronic disease and its effect evaluation in our region.Methods: All the data in this study is from "resident slow disease quarterly reports" and related questionnaire at Fularji District Qiqihar City from 2010 to 2014. The following demographic variables were collected in our questionnaire, including the basic information, health knowledge, health behaviors, and early detection of chronic disease, and other related variables. SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Mean ± standard deviation is used for description of continuous variables, percent is used to describe category variables. We used chi-square test to determine the difference of the prevalence of hypertension, diabetes mellitus, tumour between different characterized people.Results: 1.The incidence of major chronic diseases influencing health of residents is on the rise from 2010-2014, particularly cerebrovascular disease, cancer, circulatory system diseases,whileas, there is a slight decrease in the incidence of heart disease.2.From 2010-2014, the mortality rate affecting health of residents of major chronic diseases decreased, and cerebrovascular disease, cancer, circulatory disease mortality decline decreased more apparent. Cerebrovascular diseases and cancer have become the top two causes of death of Fulaerji District residents. Cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, heart disease mortality rates have exceeded the average level across the whole country.3. There is a rise trend of chronic disease mortality among people aged ≥30 at Fularji District, and among people over 50 years, the mortality is growing more significantly. Chronic disease mortality of men over 30 years old were slightly higher than women.4. The prevalence of hypertension is statistically associated with gender, age, income, high-salt diet, intake of vegetables and fruits, whether eating on time, drinking and physical exercise(P <0.05).5. The prevalence of diabetes is statistically associated with age, monthly income, high-salt diet, vegetables and fruit intake, eating on time, smoking, overweight and physical activity differences(P <0.05).6. The prevalence of tumor is statistically associated with gender, age, monthly income, high-salt diet, smoking, overweight and physical activity(P <0.05).Conclusion:1. The incidence of major chronic diseases influencing the community health is on rise, including cerebrovascular disease, cancer, circulatory system diseases incidence rate rising more apparent. The Mortality rate declined, particularly cerebrovascular disease, cancer, circulatory diseases mortality. Cerebrovascular diseases and cancer have become the top two causes of death Fulaerji District residents. Cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, heart disease mortality rates have been exceeded general level of the country.2. The mortality of chronic disease was rapidly increasing among people aged more than 50 years. Among each age group which was more than 30 years old, the mortality of chronic disease was higher in males than that in females.3. Factors as gender, age, income, high-salt diet, intake of vegetables and fruits, whether eating on time, drinking and physical exercise were significantly associated with hypertension.4. Factors as age, monthly income, high-salt diet, vegetables and fruit intake, whether or time eating, smoking, overweight and physical exercise were significantly associated with diabetes5. Factors as age, monthly income, high-salt diet, smoking, overweight and and physical exercise were significantly associated with tumor. |
