Nourishing Yangxuequfeng Decoction In Treating Nerve Root Type Cervical Vertebra Traction Disease(Wind Cold Dampness Type) Clinical Study

Objective Observation of Yangxuequfeng decoction combined with treatment of nerve root type cervical vertebra traction disease (wind cold dampness type) clinical efficacy, the study of Yangxuequfeng decoction combined with treatment of nerve root type cervical vertebra traction disease(wind cold dampness type) mechanism, and provide the scientific basis for the popularization and application of the therapy.Methods This research adopts the method of random, control clinical study, to nourishing Yangxuequfeng decoction combined with traction therapy in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis were clinical curative effect observation. The research object in accordance with unified diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, a rigorous screening.Selection of Jingfukang granule clinical recognized reliable with traction and cited as the control group, based on 60 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients using self-made Yangxuequfeng decoction combined with traction combined with Jingfukang granule traction control, according to the main symptoms and signs of patients develop rating observation form, fill in before and after treatment to observe the integral according to the project. Observation contents include:improvement in pain, radicular pain, neck tenderness improvement improvement improvement, numbness in the upper limb and neck mobility improvement etc.. Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment in each patient was scored.Results the treatment group and control group total effectiveness respectively is 96.67%,76.67%. The statistical analysis results show, the total clinical efficiency of two groups were significantly different (P<0.05), nourishing Yangxuequfeng decoction in treating nerve root type cervical vertebra traction disease (wind cold dampness type) the effective method.Conclusion nourishing Yangxuequfeng decoction in treating nerve root type cervical vertebra traction disease (wind cold dampness type), satisfactory clinical efficacy, is worthy of clinical promotion.
