Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis With Wind-cold And Dampness By Adding And Subtracting Jingshun Decoction Combined With Neck Traction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of jingshun Decoction combined with neck traction in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness cervical spondylosis,and to provide reference for clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:In this study,72 cases of cervical spondylosis diagnosed as wind-cold-dampness type were selected from the outpatient department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to September 2021.The name,age,gender and other related information of 72 patients were recorded.According to the diagnosis,inclusion,exclusion,exclusion and shedding criteria,the patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group using SPSS26.0 software.The control group was treated with neck traction,and the experimental group was treated with oral plus or minus Jingshun decoction for 2 weeks.VAS scale,cervical dysfunction index,range of motion of neck joint,efficacy evaluation and recurrence rate report form of telephone follow-up for 4months after the end of treatment were performed in 2 groups before the beginning of treatment(before the first day of treatment)and after the end of treatment(14 days after the end of treatment),respectively.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis of all data.When P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1)After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS score,NDI score and the range of motion of neck joints in the two groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that the treatment plan in both groups could reduce the symptoms of neck pain,reduce the impact of neck pain on life and restore the range of motion of neck joints;Comparison between groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the experimental group could alleviate the symptoms of neck and shoulder pain,reduce the index of cervical dysfunction and restore the range of motion of neck joints.(2)After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in 2 groups before and after treatment were compared within the group,and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05),suggesting that the treatment plan of both groups could reduce the scores of TCM syndromes;Comparison between groups showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the experimental group was more able to reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients.(3)After 2 weeks of treatment,clinical efficacy criteria were adopted.In the experimental group,0 cases were clinically cured,4 cases were clinically effective,30 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.In the control group,0 cases were cured,0 cases were effective,29 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were statistically treated,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better in clinical efficacy.(4)At the end of the fourth month after the treatment course,the patients who were clinically cured,effective and effective were visited by telephone.The recurrence rate of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group.The number of recurrence in the two groups was statistically treated,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the experimental group was superior to the control group in reducing the recurrence rate of wind-cold-dampness cervical spondylosis.Conclusions:Add and subtract,jing shun soup joint cervical traction with simple cervical traction type two kinds of treatments to the wind cold dampness neck type of cervical spondylosis are effective,to add and subtract static suitable soup better joint neck traction treatment,it can reduce the wind cold dampness type neck type of cervical spondylosis of TCM syndrome score,reduce neck pain symptoms,improve the wind cold dampness late type neck type of cervical spondylosis patients quality of life,to restore the activity of cervical vertebra,It is worthy of further study and promotion to reduce the recurrence rate,and the effect of appropriate comprehensive treatment is better.
