Objective:By observing patients who suffered from acute cerebral infarction used Sheng Mai injection before and after the treatment and checking their blood pressure, blood flow velocity and the responsibility of neural function improvement when large artery atherosclerosis of extracranial and intracranial stenosis caused low perfusion / embolus scavenging activity declining, this paper studies the effect of this drug on maintaining or enhancing the blood pressure, promoting offending vessel flowing velocity and improving low perfusion of ischemia and so that prognosis can be improved. The author also explores the Sheng Mai injection importance of as one of important methods of traditional Chinese medicine to treat patients who suffered from acute cerebral infarction when the low perfusion/ embolus scavenging activity declined.Methods:①Collect 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction suffered from low perfusion / embolus scavenging activity declining from Encephalopathy Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2013.6--2014.12; and divide the patients into two groups randomly, 30 cases per group.②Control group and Experimental group regularly take orally aspirin 0.1 g 1 time/d,simvastatin tables 40 mg 1 time/d,probucol tablets 0.25 g, 2 times /d,intravenous injection of edaravone 30 mg, 2 times/d and the West Changchun Ting 20 mg, 1 time/ d. Besides accepting regular treatment, experimental group also takes Shengmai Injection 60 ml, normal saline 250 ml,intravenous drip,1times / d,for 14 D. Like wise apart from taking regular treatment, control group takes normal saline 250 ml, intravenous drip, 1 times / d, for 14 D.③Before treatment, on the 7th day and on the 14 th day of treatment, the writer collects blood pressure, NIHSS score values, and the responsible vessels of transcranial doppler ultrasound acquisition of cerebral blood flow velocity(cerebral blood flow peak velocity) of both Experiment group and Control group.④Both groups are calculated by using SPPS13.0. The writer adopts independent samples t test and paired t test, based on P < 0.05, which is significantly different. Results: ①Changes of blood pressure:Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure are checked at 07:00. The writer compare the two kinds of preasure of both groups on 7th day, P>0.05.The significant differences do not arise. It has no statistical significance. On 14 th day, P<0.05.The significant differences do exist. So has statistical significance. ②Dynamic changes of cerebral blood flow:On the 7th day, the writer compares Vs、Vm、Vd of the sides of offending vessels of the two groups, P>0.05.The significant differences arise so; It has no statistical significance. After 14 days treatment, the writer compares Vm of the two groups.P<0.05.There are remarkable differences. Therefore it has statistical significance. On the 7th day, the writer compares the two groups, P>0.05.The significant differences do not arise. So it has no statistical significance on their Vs and Vm.After 7 days, the writer compares Vd of the two groups,.P<0.05, There are remarkable differences. Therefore it has statistical significance. On the 14 th day,the writerl compares Vs、Vm、Vd of the two groups.P<0.05.The significant differences arise. It has statistical significance.③Changes of neurological functions: On the 7th day, the writer compares the two groups,of their NIHSS grading P>0.05, The significant differences do not arise. It has no statistical significance. On the 14 th day, P<0.05,The significant differences arise.and it has statistical significance. Conclusion:By increasing blood pressure it can accelerate the cerebral blood flow velocity, increase the brain blood-supply, improve low perfusion / embolus scavenging activity declining acute cerebral infarction cerebral hypoperfusion caused by extra-intracranial atherosclerotic stenosis,so that the recovery of neurological function can be promoted, and the prognosis can be improved, and to prevent the deterioration of nerve function, promote the recovery of neurological function, improve the prognosis. Thus, during the treating of Chinese medicine of low perfusion / embolus scavenging activity declining acute cerebral infarction cerebral hypoperfusion, Sheng Mai injection can be an important treatment measure.
