Objective : Objective : Observing and researching Yu Nü Jian Piroxicam with Metformin and Metronidazole’s treatment outcome for Asthenia of Gastroyin diabetic periodontitis, to find a kind of treatment which has a good effect with small side effects for treating Asthenia of Gastroyin diabetic periodontitis.Methods : Choosing from January 2015 to January 2014, Fifth People’s Hospital Department of Endocrinology and Department of Stomatology outpatient cases, Selecting patients who meet the criteria of this study with stochastic method. A total of 80 patients were selected, of which 40 were male and 40 were female, and the minimum age was 45 years old, the maximum age was 70 years, and the average age was57.5years. The shortest of medical history of Asthenia of Gastroyin diabetic periodontitis is two years, and the longest is 12 years. Explaining the purpose of this investigation to all patients and asking them to Sign informed consent. Then dividing two groups at random, and Each group has40 cases. The treatment group uses Yu Nü Jian Piroxicam and Metformin and Metronidazole. The control group uses Metformin and Metronidazole. Two groups of treatment is for 8 consecutive weeks. All Patients of two groups check the blood glucose、Chinese medicine symptom complex score, and periodontal clinical index before and after the treatment.Results: 1. Comparing of two groups’ blood glucose、Chinese medicine symptom complex score、SBI index、PD value Before treatment and after treatment, these date all have significant difference(P<0. 01), It is proved that the treatment group and the control group have the effect on the treatment of periodontitis. 2. Comparing of two groups’ blood glucose、SBI index、PD value after treatment, the two groups have difference(P<0. 05).Comparing of Chinese medicine symptom complex score of two groups, they have significant difference(P<0. 01). It can prove that Treatment group improves the index of periodontitis and the symptoms of TCM better than Western medicine group.Conclusion : Yu Nü Jian Piroxicam has a very significant therapeutic effect for Asthenia of Gastroyin diabetic periodontitis. At the same time, diabetic periodontitis can relieve the pain of patients and Improve periodontal condition better. So, Yu Nü Jian Piroxicam Can try to promote the application in clinical research.
