[Objective] Contrast-induced nephropathy Is a kind of main coronary artery after operation complications, it is associated with acute renal failure. To compare the effects between atorvastatin and trimetazidine therapies on the renal function in patients after coronary percutaneous coronary intervention.[Methods] Choose between January 2014 and January 2015 in our department do coronary angiography of patients involved in the experiment. One hundred and eighty patients undergoing elective coronary angiography were randomized equally into three groups: atorvastatin group(40 mg/day, started 3 days before coronary angiography), trimetazidine group(20mg, thrice daily, started 3 days before coronary angiography) and an untreated control group. Serum creatinine, serum cystatin C, and glomerular filtration rate(GFR) were measured before and 48 h after coronary angiography. GFR were calculated,ACR,Retinol binding protein,(RBP). [Results] Different groups of patients before and after coronary arteryangiography of renal functionAfter coronary angiography, serum creatinine, cystatin-C and GFR were significantly better in both atorvastatin and trimetazidine group than those in control group. The renal protection effect of trimetazidine were better than that of atorvastatin.[Conclusion] Our data demonstrate that the use of atorvastatin and trimetazidine may have a role in protecting renal function after elective coronary angiography, and the renal protection effect of trimetazidine were better than that of atorvastatin. |
