Clinical Efficacy Of Tang Shen Kang Yin In Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy And The Influence Of TNF-α

Purpose:To observe clinical curative effect of Tang Shen Kang Yin in treating early diabetic nephropathy (DN) with two deficiency of qi and Yin with blood stasis type,and observe its influence on patients serum TNF-a.Methods:Select 80 patients with early DN accordding with the bringing in standard of this clinical research,randomly divided into two groups,control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group. The control group were given basic treatment:diabetes mellitus (DM) education,diet control,exercise therapy,step-down,blood fat,etc.At the same time of foundation treatment, Treatment group were given Tang Shen Kang Yin.Two groups were treated by a course of 8 weeks. After the treatment,analyze the change of CM syndrome integral,urine trace albumin excretion rate (UAER) and serum TNF-a indicators before and after treatment of two groups of patients,and compare the total effective rate of the two groups.Results:1.After the treatment,compare the total effective rate of two groupsrtreatment group was 73.7%,the control group was 25.0%.It means that there are a significant statistical significance (P<0.01).2.After the treatment,The single integral and total integral syndromes was treatment group before treatment were significantly decreased (P< 0.01),compared with the control group (P<0.01);the total effective rate was 78.9% in treatment group,control group was 20.0%.It means to have a significant statistical significance (P<0.01).3.The UAER of treatment group patients after treatment than before treatment was significantly decreased (.P<0.01),the control group has no significant change (P>0.05);It means that there are a significant statistical significance (P<0.01).4. After 8 weeks, the serum TNF-a of control group patients did not change greatly even elevated slightly;the serum TNF-a level of treatment group patients significantly dropped than before (P<0.01); compared with the control group (P<0.01).Tang Shen Kang Yin can reduce the serum TNF-alevel of the DN.Conclusion:1.Tang Shen Kang Yin can reduce the syndrome points of Qi and Yin deficiency with blood stasis of early DN patients,meanwhile can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.2.Tang Shen Kang Yin can reduce UAER of early DN patients,thus relieve the grade of renal damagement.3.Tang Shen Kang Yin maybe slow the progress of early DN by lowering the level of serum TNF-a.
