Objective:Observed acupuncture Neiguan point against myocardial fibrosis by needling pretreatment mouse model of cardiac hypertrophy, analysis differences in ECG and changes of HW/TL ratio after each group of mice treated, Combined with differences in cardiac fibrosis after Masson staining presented and cardiac tissue myocardial ultrastructure via electron microscope field of vision. Comprehensive evaluation of the impact of histomorphology after acupuncture Neiguan in cardiac hypertrophy mice.Methods:Health C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into control group, model group, acupuncture group, acupuncture non-acupoint group, drug control group. In addition to the control group, the other four groups were injected via the model of cardiac hypertrophy mouse prepared ISO; acupuncture group acupuncture "Neiguan" once a day, each time the needle 15 min; acupuncture non-acupoint group acupuncture non-tails points once a day, each time the needle 15 min; the drug control group was treated with atenolol drug solution dissolved in water.8 days after treatment in each group, after weighing anesthesia, describe the small mouse II lead ECG, analysis and comparison of different groups of color ultrasound and ECG. With transmission electron microscope observed impaired myocardial sarcomeric organization structure and arranged myofibrils, collagen fibers and mitochondria ultrastructure.Results: ① Intervention at Neiguan (PC6) inhibition of sympathetic activation induced heart rate, no significant effect but the intervention process reduced the incidence of arrhythmia of mice. ② Acupuncture at Neiguan group myocardial hypertrophy index decreased significantly (P<0.05), slightly lower than the drug group significant utility (P<0.01); ③ In the model group and non acupoint group, there was a compensatory hypertrophy and a discontinuous condition. A serious disorder of myocardial stripes or fracture. Nuclear condensation and cytoplasmic eosinophilic change was obvious, the acupuncture group was better, but less than drug treatment; ④ Model group, part of the myofibrillar focal fusion and interstitial collagen fiber proliferation, mitochondria swelling and compensatory increases, the acupuncture group and medicine group is better.Conclusion: ①ISO Can successfully replicate the model of myocardial hypertrophy in mice. ②Neiguan acupuncture on sympathetic inhibition caused by the increase of heart rate has certain effect. ③Neiguan point intervention on hypertrophy model HW/TL index improved significantly, the effect is close to atenolol treatment. ④The acupuncture of Neiguan on inflammatory infiltration hypertrophy model improved significantly, but the effect is less than atenolol. ⑤Acupuncture can significantly improve the damage degree of myocardial hypertrophy in mice myocardial ultrastructure.
