The Sffect Of Da Ming Yin On Non-Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy(Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin, Static Blood Blocking Collaterals)’s Glycosylated Hemoglobin And Urinary Microalumin

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Da Ming Yin on non-proliferative diabetic retionpathy’s Glycosylated Hemoglobin and Urinary Microalumin, and to explore the mechanism of the drug action by NPDR.Methods:Thirty patients(60eyes) with non-proliferative diabetic retionpathy were chosen. There were divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group, thirty eyes in each group. The treatment group treated by Da Ming Yin, the control group treated by calcium dobesilate. The whole observe lasted one month. The glycosylated hemoglobin, urinary microalumin, visual acuity, fundus fluorescein angiography and clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1) After the treatment, the two groups about Hb1Ac were improved, the improvement of the treatment group is superior to control group, the curative effects of statistical significance between two groups after treatment (P>0.1)(2) After the treatment, the two groups about MA were improved, the improvement of the treatment groupas was obviously better than control group, the curative effects of statistical significance between two groups after treatment (P<0.01)(3) After the treatment, the two groups about visual acuity were improved, the improvement of the treatment group is superior to control group, the curative effects of statistical significance between two groups after treatment (P<0.05)(4) After the treatment, the two groups about fundus fluorescein angiography were improved, the improvement of the treatment groupas was obviously better than control group, the curative effects of statistical significance between two groups after treatment (P<0.01)(5) The treatment group of chinese clinical manifestations score decreased obviously, the curative effects of statistical significance between two groups after treatment (P<0.05)(5) The treatment group of chinese clinical manifestations score decreased obviously,and the achieve was86.7%. The improvement of the treatment groupas was obviously better than control group.(6)The total curative effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%,and the control group’s was60.0%.The treatment group was better than control group, two groups of curative effect difference was statistically significant. (P<0.05).Conclusion:Da ming yin is a traditional chinese medicine bind which can effectively improve diabetic retinopathy and protect visual function,treatment of optic nerve atrophy due to angle-closure glaucoma. It can tonifying qi and yin,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, and also can nourishing kidney yin,from the perspective of the overall environment to improve the body,to achieve a balance of Yin and Yang.
