Radiotherapy is an important application in the field of nuclear technology in medicine, it is also an important means for the treatment of tumor. With the development of computer technology,we can use the Monte Carlo method to establish precise model of the human tissue in order to simulation of particles in the transport process in the human body.People take more attention to Monte Carlo method with its unique advantages. In tumor radiotherapy, because of the difference of patients with tumor location, there were significant differences in tissue distribution, the different tissues and organs with different density, and even different parts of the same organ with the difference density. Especially the cavity organization. There is little error when Treatment Planing System calculating the dose of sedimentary which cannot fully reflect the real situation. This work mainly applied EGS4 / BEAM Monte Carlo system to simulation the whole process of Varian Turebeam medical accelerator. This work used X-ray which the energy is 6MV and 10cm*10cm size of single field as an example. From acquire the phase space file, irradiation the water phantom and the CT phantom of patients, and to compare the calculation results of Treatment Planing System,in order to validation of the inhomogeneous tissue in the human body dose deposition. This work can provide the reference for tumor radiation therapy in clinical work.
