Clinical Observation Of The Two-steps Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Previous Cesarean Scar Defect

Objective:To discuss the treatment effect of three different drugs used in treating Previous Cesarean Scar Defect,to observe the treatment effect of two-step traditional Chinese medicine, eventually, to provide a safe and effective method for clinical treatment of menostaxis caused by PCSD.Methods:105 cases who had PCSD collected from Yuhang Hospital of TCM obstetrics and gynecology during May 2012 to March 2015 were divided into three groups randomly as the observational group the control group oneand the control group two(n=26). The therapy of the group one(n=40):two-step traditional Chinese medicine,the therapy of the group two(n=39):the contraceptive named "Yasmin",the therapy of the control group three: Anti-inflammatory drugs and hemostatics.All patients were followed up after at least 6 months. The therapeutic effect were evaluated according to the menstrual days in the first cycle, the third cycle and the sixth cycle.Results:The differences between 3 groups were significant. In the first cycle:The total efficient rate of the group two (84.6%)> the group one (40.0%)> the group three (15.4%).In the third cycle,they had no statistical difference(P>0.05)between the control group one (80%) and the group two (62.5%). The above two approaches were better than the group three (13.0%). There were four cases of the group two abandoned because of adverse drug reaction and three cases of the control group two lost because of poor efficacy during the follow-up period. The differences between 3 groups were significant in the sixth cycle:The total efficient rate of the group one (55%)> the group two (31.4%)> the group three (8.7%). The recurrence rate of the group two (60.7%)> the group three (33.3%)> the group one (12.0%)Conclusion:1. Although the treatment effect with the two-steps traditional Chinese medicine in treating Previous Cesarean Scar Defect worked more slowly, the curative effect was increasingly obvious as time goes on, Along with, the two-steps traditional Chinese medicine had low recurrence rate,without severe adverse reaction, it was easy to take and be accepted by patients.2. Yasmin’s effect is remarkable during the period in the medicine, but it was easier to relapse once the withdrawal. Some people had adverse drug reactions after taken it.3. Anti-inflammatory drugs and hemostatic could be taken with shorter time and safety, but the the treatment effect was poor.4. Through comparing these three methods, the conclusion was obtained that the two-steps traditional Chinese medicine was valuable and was good for generalized by example.
