Analysis Of Related Factors Of Bone Metastasis Of Prostate Cancer

Objective: Analysis of the clinical data of patients with prostate cancer,To investi gate the factors related to bone metastasis of prostate cancer. Methods: On SPECT/CT bone scan is the gold standard for the diagnosis of prostate carcinoma with bone metastas.Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 235 cases of prostate cancer in 2008 to September 2014,by using multivariate Logistic regression analysis of 235 prostate cancer patients Age,Gleson scor,tPSA,fPSA,f/t level and PV correlation with bone metastasis.Results: Univariate analysis showed that: in the prostate of bone metastasis and the difference was statistically significant with Age,Gleason score,tPSA,fPSA,PV and f/t values(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that Age(OR=1.08),Gleason score(OR=3.25), tPSA values(OR=1.06)and PV(OR=1.02) are the independent risk factors and≧70 years,Gleason score≧7 score,tPSA>20ng/ml,f/t≦0.16 group of bone metastasis in patients with significantly more than the other groups,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: Age,Gleason score,tPSA and PV were independent predictors of bone metastasis of prostate cancer.Age≧70 years,tPSA>20ng/ml,Gleason score≧7and PV>60ml of patients should be for SPECT/CT bone scan.
