Surgical Treatment And Non Operative Treatment Of Acute Closed Rupture Of Achilles Tendon

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of surgical treatment and non operative treatment on acute closed rupture of Achilles tendon. Methods : Retrospective analysis of clinical data of patients with acute closed rupture of Achilles tendon treated in our hospital from 01 months to November 2015 2014. According to different treatment methods, 23 cases of acute closed rupture of Achilles tendon were divided into two groups: operation group and non operation group. Non surgical group was further divided into plaster group and support group evaluation. Results: Functional assessment of all patients according to the ATRS score(Achilles tendon Total Rupture Score). The evaluation results showed that:ATRS score: the operation group was 88±0.550 points; the non operation group, of which the gypsum group was: 48± 4.378 points; the support group was: 88.14±0.769 points.Conclusion: 1. The conservative treatment of acute Achilles tendon rupture compared with nonoperative treatment, can get the same clinical curative effect; incision in the treatment of complications occur rate and incidence of non operative treatment is no incision complications; compared to conservative treatment with higher rate, fracture,insurable conservative treatment with brace sports enjoyment without fracture patients in treatment group 2 surgical treatment for; 3. The fracture, ATRS score lower, fracture is a serious complication of influence the clinical effect of. Although the surgical treatment of the score is higher than the non operative treatment, but non surgery group brace fixed pleasure sports therapy group with surgical treatment compared to the score is basically the same, indicating that the treatment group were treated by surgery and non surgery group of brace treatment effects were equal.
