| Objective: Explore the application value that dynamic contrast-enhancement ma-gnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI) reflects postantineoplastic treatment tumor an giogenesis shut through establishing colon cancer nude mouse transplant subcutaneo-ussa-rcoma. Method: Randomly divide 72 transplantable colon cancer nude mice i-nto 3 groups: Control group: 24 mice, anticancer medicine 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) g-roup: 24 mice, and Uyghur antiplastic medicine group: 24 mice. The control group were injected with the same amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution, intraperitoneal injection of 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) 0.02ml/day, orally taking diluted Uygur medicine long peppergalangal honey cream, receiving conventional MRI inspection and dynamic enhancement examination(DCE-MRI) respectively 2 days, 7 days and 14 days before and after treatment and 21 days before and after Uygur medicine trea-tment, volume Ktrans(Ktrans value) software measurement, rate constants(Kep value) and extracellular spacevolume fraction(Ve value) software measurement, and in eac-h posttreatment period 6 mice were sacrificed for immunohistochemical staining, m-icrovessel density(MVD) count and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) an-d the above-described dynamic enhancement examination parameters row Spearman correlation analysis. Results: Conventional T1WIã€T2WI nude mouse subcu-taneou s colon carcinoma transplantable tumor presented long T1 and T2 signals, dynamic contrastenhancement(DCE-MRI) imaging presented progressive enhancem-ent(exce p-t the necrotic part).(1) 2 days and 7 days before and after treatment, contrast b e-tween the control group and the group applying Uyghur medicine group was not st-atistically significant while that 14 days and 21 days before and after treatment w-as statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) the group applying western medi-cine(5-F-u), pretreatment contrast was not statistically significant. That of 2 days, 7 days and 14 days after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ve was unstab le. T-hat in each period before and after treatment was statistically significant(P>0.05)(3) Immunohistochemical analysis results: The treatment group and control gr oup witnessed necrosis, and blood vessels of the treatment group were sparser than that of the control group. Microvessel density(MVD) count and vascular endothel ial g-rowth factor(VEGF) were positively correlated with Ktrans value and Kep valu e.(P<0.05) Ve value was not correlated with pathological results Conclusion: DC E-MRI quantitative parameter Ktrans value and measured immunohistochemical para met-er are well correlated, which can be used as an image marker in this study. It is proper to apply dynamic contrast-enhancement magnetic resonance imaging DC E-M-RI imaging parameters to evaluate tumor angiogenesis inhibiting effect of anti angio-genic medicine. |
