Objective: This research observes the effect of the targeted microbubbles ultrasound on the femoral artery thrombosis and microcirculation of embolism of rabbits under the different conditions. Methods: This research uses different designs of ultrasonic frequency(1.6, 2.2, 2.8 MHz), different ultrasonic irradiation time(30 and 60 minutes), and different urokinase dose of 3 or 6 mg. The 72 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into 12 groups, each group 6 rabbits. With the rabbit blood tests 6-Keto-PGF1 a, TXB2,P/T, SP index, this research observes the general situations of blood vessels, microcirculation, and embolism from HE staining confirmed presence. Results: Only the group used ultrasonic frequency 2.2 MHz, radiation time for 30 minutes, urokinase dose of 3 mg are all soluble in blood vessels and no microembolism. The other groups of rabbits’ blood vassels are not dissolved completely, and 11 rabbits had different degree of microcirculation and embolism. The group without microembolism had an increased 6-Keto-PGF1 compared with the group with microembolism groups(P<0.05). Conclusions: The ultrasonic frequency 2.2 MHz, irradiation time 30 min, and urokinase of 3 mg thrombolysis can completely dissolved through blood vessels and can effectively prevent the microcirculation and embolism. There may be correlation between the increase of6-Keto-PGF1 a and the formation of microcirculation of thrombus.
