Methods:Experimental groups include 18 Uygur and 18 Han EMs,control groups in include 10 Uygur and 10 Han non-EMs.(1)Investigate the expression of bcl-2ã€bax in Uygur and Han patients of(EMs) by Immunohistochemistry(SP).(2)Investigate the expression of Bcl-2 mRNAã€bax mRNA and GnRH-R mRNA in Uygur and Han patients of EMs by Real-time-qPCR, and calculate the relative expression of Bcl-2mRNAã€bax mRNA and GnRH-R mRNA by Comparison Threshold(2-△△CT). Results:(1)The expression of Bcl-2ã€Bax and bcl-2 mRNAã€bax mRNA and GnRH-R mRNA in Uygur and Han patients of non-EMS were similar, the differences were not statically significant(P>0.05).(2)The expression of Bcl-2 and Bcl-2 mRNA in Uygur and Han patients of EMs were more than the expression in normal endometrium of non-EMs, and the differences were statically significant(P<0.05).(3)The expression of Bax and Bax mRNA in Uygur and Han patients of EMs were less than the expression in normal endometrium of non-EMs, and the differences were statically significant(P<0.05). The expression of Bax and Bax mRNA in Uygur EMs were similar to Han EMs,and the differences were not statically significant(P>0.05).(4) The expression of GnRH-R mRNA in Uygur and Han patients of non-EMs were more than the Uygur and Han patients of EMs, and the differences were statically significant.(P<0.05). But the expression of GnRH-R mRNA in Uygur EMs were similar to Han EMs. Conclusion: The expression of Bcl-2 in EMs were increasing significantly than normal endometrium, but Bax decreasing. We could peculate that apoptosis would be inhibited, apoptotic cells would be decreased and EMs occured when the Bcl-2/Bax was increasing. The differences of GnRH-R between normal endometrium and EMs were relative to theoccurence and development of EMs. It would provide the evidence to using the GnRH-a. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Endometriosis, Bcl-2, Bax, GnRH receptor, Uygur, Real-time-qPCR, Immunohistochemistry | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
