Objective:To observe the intervention which is the rat whose crown pulp is removal and implanting homogeneous dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs) could repair and regenerate pulp dentin complex. Methods:Eighteen SD rats were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group were transplanting allogeneic rats’ DPSCs into the first molar’s pulp cavity which crown pulp is destructed. The control group do nothing after crown pulp is destructed. After2,4,6weeks,18 mice were sacrificed.Their upper jaw were investigated by general observation,X-ray,HE staining, the thickness of dentin.Result:After 4 weeks, the experimental group which hyperemia is reducing can be observe by eyes. After 6 weeks,X-ray can observe the dentin of experimental group is becoming thick and root apical foramen closed. After 6 weeks, the rats in experimental group which newborn dentin can obviously appear in light microscope and odontoblasts arranged palisade. The sample in experimental group showed that after 2 weeks, dentin is becoming thick,4 weeks is more thick than it,continued 6week.The experimental group is better than the control group.(P<0.05)Conclusions:It had potential clinical application value that the pulp cavity as the place of dental pulp stem cells implanting which could promote pulp-dentin complex’s regeneration and repairing.
