Study On Reflux Esophagitis Syndrome Types And Characteristics Of The Application Of The Prescriptions From The Treatment Based On Syndrome Differentiation Of Reflux Esophagitis In Literature

Objective:Study on reflux esophagitis syndrome types and characteristics of the application of the prescriptions.Methods:The object of study was that literatures of syndrome differentiation and treatment in TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) in reflux esophagitis. Statistical methods used prescription metrology methods combined with clustering analysis or correlation analysis. Then statistics and analysis of indicators based on syndrome differentiation,included the frequency of syndromes and symptoms, the consensus symptoms, prone syndrome, the degree between syndromes, the disease index, the disease syndromes and the secondary syndromes.And indicators based on prescription using,included the frequency of medicine taste, repeated use of medicines, commonly used medicines, occasional use of medicines and eight categories of specific features of specific medicines, unit medicine groups, herb pairs, unit medicine groups combined strength, frequency of use, combination of functional analysis.Which revealed reflux esophagitis syndrome types and structure types of syndrome, summing up the relationship and characteristics between prescriptions and sexual flavour, specific features-medicine, unit medicine groups and unit herb pairs. Results:1. The heartburn, dry mouth bitter, acid reflux, chest pain and other 16 kinds of symptoms are common symptoms of reflux esophagitis, disharmony between the liver and stomach, the stomach-yin of loss, stagnated heat of liver and stomach, phlegm and qi obstructing each other, deficient stagnation of spleen and stomach, deficient cold of spleen and stomach and qi stagnation and other eight syndrome for easy issuance. 2. The basic syndrome of the disease for the stagnated heat of liver and stomach(the disease index were 0.761), which equivalent to the local manifestations of the disease; and phlegm and qi obstructing each other, heat and dampness in the spleen and stomach, deficient stagnation of spleen and stomach, deficient cold of spleen and stomach belong to the secondary syndromes, which are systemic manifestations. 3. Licorice root, pinellia, Poria, Berberine, orange peel, Radix bupleuri, Radix paeoniae Alba, evodia rutaecarpa and other medicines for high frequency use. 4. Licorice, pinellia Ternate, as well as wood, ginger and other medicines to commonly used medicine. 5. Specific functional medicine is divided into eight categories, are as follows: heat, regulating the lowering adverse qi, qi and warms, yin-nourishing, dampness and stomach acid. 6. herb pairs: ochre-Inula flower and cuttlefishbone-ark shell, orange-ginger, codonopsis pilosula-ophiopogon japonicus, banxia-fuling, radix paeoniae alba radix ophiopogonis-aurantii; medicine groups: cyperus-gualou-magnolia, Salvia miltiorrhiza- Fritillaria- Yujin- Adenophora, Gardenia-Woody-huangqin, Bupleurum-coptis chinensis-licorice. 7. combined strength analysis of the medicines with the highest: ochre-Inula flower(0.81); using the medicine with the highest frequency analysis: coptis chinensis- evodia rutaecarpa(24.42); medicines from the group highest group: scutellaria baicalensis-citrus aurantium-bamboo shavings–gardenia( 0.89-0.87-0.89-0.92);combination of features for 10 groups. Conclusion: Through existing literature on many domestic doctors treating reflux esophagitis medical records to extract useful information, analysis of reflux esophagitis syndrome of structure and prescription use, syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease can provide scientific basis with similar epidemiological survey of large samples.
