Study On Syndrome Differentiation And Syndrome Types Of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective: Through the investigation of 120 cases of reflux esophagitis(reflux esophagitis,RE)patients with clinical syndrome,analyze its influencing factors,summarize the distribution of TCM syndrome and constitution,so as to understand the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease and syndrome distribution,provide support and guidance for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods: The clinical choice of 120 RE patients met the inclusion criteria,and with the establishment of database methods and auxiliary examination to collect relevant information;using SPSS18.0 statistical software,and analysis and to process the data,draw the corresponding conclusion.Results: In this study,120 cases of reflux esophagitis patients,more men than women;incentives are not eating,emotional factors,the course of more than <1 years,the number of(54-70] years old.Syndrome of spleen and stomach damp heat.Nine kinds of physical distribution on the damp heat,phlegm dampness,qi stagnation quality.Endoscopic grading to class A.Shorter duration of liver stomach disharmony and heat stagnation of liver and stomach.Different constitution of RE patients in the distribution of different types.Class A,class B course is short,with <1 years,1-3years more,and C,D class course longer,with 3-5 years,>5 more.Grade A,B,C are more spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome,there are different distribution of other syndromes.Study on correlation between endoscopic classification and TCM Constitution,class A,B level and C level of patients with damp heat constitution and a more and more common in phlegm dampness constitution,and B level in patients with qi stagnationconstitution,C level in patients with blood stasis constitution,yin deficiency with D.Conclusion: Analysis of patients with physical bias,disease differentiation and treatment of a certain reference value.
