Objective As to explore the risk factors of gestational diabetes, investigating the GDM pregnant women health condition and dietary supplements, so as to providing more valuable preventive measures for women who were in high risk. Methods In accordance with the matching principle of ratio 1:2, women who would gave birth in a hospital of Anhui province were selected from October 2014 to November 2015. The matching projects as following: age(and no more than 2 years apart), the Han nationality, place of residence. At the beginning of the study, the pregnant women signed informed consent. Cases in observation group were those women who were diagnosed with GDM in the hospital. Diagnostic criteria based on 2011 health industry standard of the People’s Republic of China. The control group was selected according to the matching principle of ratio 1:2. And all the subject were tested with OGTT screening during 24 to 28 gestational weeks. Research contents included maternal general health questionnaire, survey of dietary supplements during pregnancy. Maternal health conditions were gained by the self-made questionnaire and prenatal medical records. This case-control study research aimed to explore the risk factors of GDM.Results Analysis shows that, the difference ofthe degree of cultural distribution was statistically significant(c2=7.855, P=0.049); The comparison of height between the two groups was statistically significant(Z=3.747, P=0.000); Pregnancy weight was classified according to the BMI,the rate of pre-pregnancy overweight or obesity in GDM group was significantly greater than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(c2=5.567, P=0.018). According to the average gestational week of OGTT screening, the level of pregnancy weight gain was higher than the control group before 26 gestational weeks, the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.528, P=0.011). Two groups of pregnant women taking dietary supplements in the different stage during pregnancy have no statistical difference. The result of logistic regression analysis: maternal short stature was a risk factor for GDM(OR =0.883, 95% CI: 0.817-0.954). And the pregnant women who are obesity in pregnancy or weight gain too much before mid pregnancy, may become GDMhigh-risk populations. Conclusion Pregnancy overweight, obesity and excessive maternal pregnancy weight growth have a promoting effect on the occurrence of GDM. Not found the pregnant women during pregnancy taking dietary supplements have obvious influence on the infection of GDM. In order to strengthen the management of weight during pregnancy, maintain its moderate growth during pregnancy, is not only beneficial to the fetus normal growth and development, but also good to maternal health and GDM prevention. Objective To explore the influence of related factors of GDM on adverse pregnancy outcomes, so as to provide theoretical basis for maternal and child health. Methods Women who would gave birth in a hospital of Anhui province were selected from May 2013 to November 2015 as the research object, maternal prospect cohort study method is used to explore the pregnancy outcomes of GDM patients, record the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes. At the same time collected patients’ health information after diagnosis, and their mental health score, At last, analysising the effect of GDM related factors on the pregnancy outcome.Research data entry Excel data management system, and use the SPSS19.0 software for analysis. General data analysis using the mean alue and ratio; The chi-square test was used to compare the distribution during two or more groups to compare; Fisher sexact probability method was used when there were zero value in R * C list Table, and analysed by using SAS software. The binary logistic regression analysis method was used in multiple factors analysis. Results The study included 258 patients with GDM, about the pregnancy outcomes, the incidence of cesarean section was 38.4%, premature birth was 7.8%, placental abruption was 3.1%, placenta previa was 3.9%, pih was 2.7%, and premature rupture of membranes was higher(16.3%);About neonatal adverse outcomes, the incidence of macrosomia was 13.2% and low birth weight was 4.3%.The results of the analysis of related factors of GDM on adverse pregnancy outcomes, total weight gain during pregnancy(OR = 0.401, 95% CI: 0.204 0.792), vaginal bleeding history(OR = 4.008, 95% CI: 1.202 13.369) is the influence factors of premature delivery;Cultural level is the protection factor in pih(OR = 0.018, 95% CI: 0.233 1.161);Monthly income, trait anxiety, and the total weight gain during pregnancy are risk factors for cesarean section(OR value 4.736 & 2.569 & 1.621).Conclusion The incidence of premature rupture of membranes, macrosomia, cesarean section, placenta previa, placental abruption in GDM patients is significantly higher than the national average.GDM patients with pregnant obesity, not sui Tablele for weight gain during pregnancy and the history of vaginal bleeding will increase the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome. Therefore, the management of weight during pregnancy, maternal screening blood sugar levels and focusing on the corresponding psychological counseling and support to patients, help to realize the maternal and children health development.
