Research And Probation On Medical Quality Evaluation Index System In Tertiary General Hospital

Objectives: Using the Delphi expert consultation method to establish a medical quality evaluation index system,which is suitable for comprehensive tertiary hospitals.Methods: Through using the method including literature annlysis and individidual in-depth interview,we intially constructed the index system,which was combined with the characteristics of tertiary general hospital,the requirements of Tertiary General Hospital Medical Quality Management and Control Indicators(2011),Hospital Management Assessment Guide(2008).The final medical quality evaluation index system was constructed by using the Delphi method.Then,by applying this index system to evaluate the medical quality of a Class A tertiary hospital in Hebei province from 2014 to 2017,the feasibility of the index system was ultimately determine.Results: Constructed a medical quality index system which was composed by medical quality,medical capacity,medical efficiency,and 17 secondary indicators.The index system was used to evaluate the 4-year medical quality of a hospital,and the results shows that the medical quality of this hospital was improving year by year,which is consistent with the actual situation of the hospital.Conclusion: The index system is in good operation,which can reflect the medical quality and development trend of the tertiary general hospital.
