Objective Tibial plateau fracture is common clinical intra-articular fractures which were caused by violence of high-energy,and more severe cases with meniscus injuries, ligament. Improper treatment can cause serious dysfunction of knee joint, it is more difficult to treat.At present, complex fractures of tibial plateau mainly on clinical take open reduction and internal fixation with satisfactory effect. This study was to observe in the process of diagnosis and treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures by. applicating computer aided technology and 3 d printing technology’s impact on diagnosis and treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods From anhui medical university affiliated Fourth hospital orthopaedics in June 2013-January 2014,10 cases of Schatzker V patients with tibial plateau fractures,) according to the principle of randomization group,5 cases of control group (group A), 5 cases of observation group (group B),2 groups of patients with knee inside and outside before surgical approach for open reduction plus bone graft and internal fixation, all patients were carried out by the same group of doctors. The control group were operated according to the experience of the performer doctors after the conventional imaging examination. Observation group of preoperative by using a CT scan data and the Mimic software for 3 d reconstruction,made the model of the rapid prototyping which was 1:1 in order to have clear diagnosis and classification of fracture sand detailed operation plan before operation, had a imitative operation to select the appropriate steel plate, screw, pretreatment of the steel plate, compared effect Of two groups in the fracture and patients with intraoperative blood loss.Result result of the observation group is similar with the mode of the virtual 3 d reconstruction images and 3 d printing, both of Schatzker type V tibial plateau fractures.2 groups of patients were obtained good effect. To observe the operative blood loss in observantion (150±32.15) ml was less than control group (200+) 25.30 ml, the difference was statistically significant (p< 0.05); Average operation time of the observation group (105±11.85) min was less than control group (140±20.25) min, the difference was statistically significant (p< 0.05),Conclusion Application of computer aided technology and 3 d printing technology can be intuitive understanding of the fracture type and degree of shift, improving the recognition of the surgeon for complex fractures of tibial plateau made more detailed operation plan before operation, this technology can be used to simulate the fracture on the fracture model and according to the model types of steel plate choose the right size,then take a plate preprocess, this can make it more lie down, so as to shorten the operation time, less intraoperative blood loss, improve the operation curative effect.
