Objective: At present there are many researches concerning about cirrhosis primary hepatocellular carcinoma risk factors. most of which are not included in the natural disease factors influence. To avoid LC short disease duration and has not yet developed to HCC, but in fact there are potential HCC risk factors of the interference. This study selected patients with LC whose disease duration is more than 10 years. Methods:This study based on the patients in Xia Men174 hospital as the research object.Design control group with 1 to 1 ration. Selected 350 patients discharged from January 1,2010 to December 31,2014 and main diagnosed with LC with HCC as observation group research object.Selected 350 patients diagnosed with LC without HCC by age and gender matched selection during the same hospitalization period as control group research object. disease duration of two groups object is more than 10 years. Through the database sorting data, useing SPSS17.0 data analysis, and compare the differences amoung two groups.Univariate logistic regressi- on analysis to calculate each OR value of influence factors separately.Multivariate logistic regression analysis for confounding factors. P < 0.05 with a statistically significant.Result:(1) The X2 test was found in observation group and control group in terms of age, gender had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).(2)Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that, LC with HCC associated factors including long-term drinking history, family history of PHC level other history of liver disease, the he history of diseases(such as diabetes, long-term smoking history, HBeAg positive hepatitis B liver cirrhosis, antiviral therapy, HBV DNA > 104copies/ml etc.. Family members tumor history, the two stage of the history of liver cancer and HBV DNA<104copies/ml and hepatitis B cirrhosis complicated with HCC no close relationship(P > 0.05).(3)Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that the independent correlative factors of hepatitic cirrhosis with HCC include a family history of liver cancer, drinking, smoking, alcohol fatty liver disease, history of diabetes, HBeAg and HBV DNA >104copies/ml, antiviral therapy third, the multi factor regression.Conclusions:(1) The HCC risk of HBV patients with cirrhosis had a family history of liver cancer was significantly higher than that of no family history of liver cancer(P <0.05).(2)The liver cancer risk of the patients with hepatitic cirrhosis HBeAg positiveand HBV DNA > 104 copies/ml increased.(3)The independent correlative factors of hepatitic cirrhosis with HCC were long-term smoking or drinking, history of diabetes, alcohol fatty liver disease and missed by antiviral therapy.
