Cerebral palsy is a group of persistent central movement and posture developmental disorders, activity restricted syndrome, this syndrome is due to the developing fetus or infant brain caused by the progressive damage.Higher incidence of cerebral palsy, the international on the incidence of cerebral palsy is 1 ‰ 5 ‰, the incidence of children with cerebral palsy in China is 1.8 ‰ 4 ‰.Mainly for children with cerebral palsy dysfunction limbs dyskinesia, also from swallowing disorder, speech disorders, cognitive impairment.according to statistics, cerebral palsy with difficulty swallowing 57%- 92%,is one of the problems of clinical medicine of clinical doctors can not be ignored.China’s current for treatment of swallowing disorders are compensatory measures, swallowing disorder function training, biofeedback therapy, electrical stimulation therapy, etc. The outcome of treatment in children with cerebral palsy are different from adults, however, poor compliance, therefore to seek a can effectively improve the passive treatment of cerebral palsy children swallowing function, is particularly important.Reference to our zhengzhou university institute for the study of swallowing disorder in adults, swallowing this study in children with regular exercise therapy, swallowing training such as rehabilitation,on the basis of giving children with stellate ganglion block treatment, children swallowing function was observed.ObjectiveStellate ganglion block therapy on children with cerebral palsy analysis the clinical curative effect of swallowing disorders.MethodsFrom February 2014 to October 2015, Department of Rehabilitation in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University select 60 children aged from 3 to 7 years old with cerebral palsy dysphagia who receiving rehabilitation treatment, male patients are 36 cases, female patients are 24 cases. The patients will be divided into treatment group and control group by using random number method, two groups of patients were given comprehensive rehabilitation therapy such as swallowing function training,Bobath technology, Rood, Vojta, heuristic education, physical factor therapy;Promotion of upper limb function, promote the ability of daily life movement therapy. The treatment group on the basis of giving children with stellate ganglion block therapy.ResultsAfter three months of treatment, Results through statistical analysis, found that the 2 groups of patients incidence of aspiration has become lower than before, the treatment group is more effective and the difference has the statistical meaning(P<0.05). It founded that the 2 groups swallowing function were elevated, the treatment group got more significant effect and the difference has the statistical meaning(P<0.05). Intervention in the treatment group compared to a significant improvement in nutrition indicators after 3 months of treatment,a significant improvement in comparison with the control group and the difference has the statistical meaning(P<0.05).Found that the treatment group compared with the control group, the incidence of children with respiratory infection and electrolyte imbalance was significantly reduced in the course of treatment for 3 months, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for stellate ganglion block treatment, can promote the children improve swallowing function, reduce the risk of aspiration, improve the nutritional status of children at the same time, the growth of children.
