Four Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Auricular Acupuncture For Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Chloasma Clinical Research

Objective The use of four abdominal acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture, liver kidney yin deficiency type of chloasma were treated, and the establishment of the oral administration of vitamin C, vitamin E control group were compared by were observed before and after treatment of chloasma psoriatic area score, color of skin lesion score, total lesion score decline, objective evaluation of abdominal needle combined with the clinical curative effect of auricular acupuncture for treatment of liver kidney yin deficiency type chloasma.Methods In accordance with the inclusion criteria were selected using a random number table method will 60 cases of liver kidney yin deficiency type chloasma patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each with 30 cases in each.The treatment group was treated by four abdominal acupuncture combined with ear acupuncture, control group with oral administration of vitamin C and vitamin E treatment. To observe the curative effect after 3 courses of treatment,statistical analysis and evaluate the curative effect.Results(1) Treatment group by four abdominal acupuncture combined with auricular acupuncture for treatment of 30 cases of liver kidney yin deficiency type chloasma patients and cured basically is in 2 cases, effective in 16 cases, improvement in 10 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, effective rate was 93%. Patients in control group were treated with oral administration of vitamin C, vitamin E treatment of 30 cases of liver kidney yin deficiency type chloasma patients and cured with 1 cases, effective in 6cases, improved in 12 cases, invalid 11 cases, 63% efficiency. After statistical test, the total curative effect of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2) The treatment group and the control group, group comparison, before and after the treatment, the lesion area score, the skin’s color difference in the scores of with statistical significance(P < 0.05). The two groups in melasma lesions of area and color were improvement after treatment.(3) Treatment group and control group and between groups comparison, lesion area score decreased amplitude, the skin’s color score decrease, total lesion score decreased the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05), the improvement of melasma area and color in the treatment group were superior to the control group.(4) A total of 60 cases of two groups of patients with chloasma. The course of disease in patients with less than 3 years have 25 cases, 3 cases were cured, 12 cases were markedly effective, improved in 9 cases, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 96%; the course of more than 3 years of patients and 35 cases, 0 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective, improved in 13 cases, 12 cases were ineffective,66% efficiency. After statistical test, there was statistical significance(P < 0.05), that is, the shorter the course of disease, the better the curative effect.(5) A total of 60 cases of two groups of patients with chloasma, which patients aged less than 40 years old with 31 cases, 3 cases were cured, effective in 16 cases,improved in 11 cases, 1 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 97%; older than 40 patients, 29 cases, 0 cases were cured, 6 cases markedly effective, improved in 11 cases, 12 cases were ineffective, 59% of the efficiency. The statistical test was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the younger the better curative effect.Conclusion(1)Acupuncture group and oral vitamin group has effect on treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency type chloasma.Acupuncture group treatment is better than oral vitamin group.(2)The emergence of the chloasma need to pay more attention, the younger the age, the shorter the course of treatment, the better the treatment effect.
