Curative Effect Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Auricular Point Sticking In The Treatment Of Tinnitus Due To Deficiency Of Kidney Essence

Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking on primary tinnitus of kidney essence deficiency type.Methods:60 patients with primary tinnitus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with the following Western medicine:Mecobalamin capsule+flunarizine hydrochloride capsule;Treatment group:Western medicine treatment+acupuncture+auricular plaster therapy;Control group:Western medicine treatment.The treatment group and the control group were observed for 2 courses.The TCM syndrome score,tinnitus Disability Assessment Scale(THI)score and tinnitus severity score of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods was compared.Results:1.The score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment in the treatment group showed that there were statistically significant differences in tinnitus,waist and knee soreness,dizziness,frequent nocturia,chilly limbs,and total score(P<0.05),but there were no statistically significant differences in shaking off teeth,hot flashes and night sweats(P>0.05);the overall improvement effect of TCM syndrome was significant(P<0.05).In the control group,dizziness,shaking teeth,frequent nocturia,hot flashes and night sweats,chills and cold limbs were not significantly improved(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving tinnitus,waist and knee soreness,dizziness,frequent nocturia and chilly limbs(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the two groups was similar in improving the patients' hair loss,hot flashes and night sweats(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving TCM syndromes(P<0.05).2.The total score of the tinnitus Disability Assessment Scale(THI)of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving tinnitus disability(P<0.05).3.The tinnitus severity scores of the two groups were improved after treatment.The treatment group was better than the control group in the tinnitus occurrence environment,duration,impact on sleep,impact on emotion and overall feeling score of tinnitus(P<0.05).But in the tinnitus to the work life score comparison,the curative effect is similar(P>0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the severity of tinnitus(P<0.05).4.The difference of grade distribution between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with auricular plaster therapy has definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of primary tinnitus of kidney essence deficiency type.It can improve the syndrome of kidney deficiency,tinnitus time,occurrence environment,influence on sleep and emotion,improve the overall feeling and severity of tinnitus,and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with auricular plaster therapy on primary tinnitus of kidney essence deficiency type was better than that of the control group.3.The compliance and safety of the two treatments were good.
