So it is considered that the degeneration of articular cartilage in 6 month old bone Tongbi mixture group than the other three groups(the blank control group,saline group, glucosamine indometacin group) light, Gubi mixture can delay the development of KOA lesions.7. 9 month old bone Tongbi mixture group and other three groups(blank control group, saline group, glucosamine indometacin group)(P < 0.01), that there is a significant difference between the Gubi Decoction group and other three groups; 9month old articular cartilage Fas L positive cells expression is the lowest bone Tongbi mixture group.
