After that, invalid ingredients are removed and the quality of TCM products is improved.In this paper, a kind of compound Chinese medicine Pudilan Chinese medicine oral liquid will studied, the results show that in the beaker experiment (500 mL beaker add 300 mL liquids), for the Three water extraction liquid, choose chitosan as a flocculant, the temperature 30 ℃ and 1.0 g/L for the amount of flocculant, fast mixing speed is 450 rpm, fast mixing time is 2 min, caffeic acid retention rate was 93.1%, protein removal rate was 71.5%, turbidity is 7.8 NTU;For radix scutellariae water extraction liquid, choice of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt as flocculating agent, the temperature of 40 ℃, the amount of flocculant is 1.0 g/L, fast mixing speed is 450 rpm, fast mixing time of 3 min flocculation conditions, baicalin retention rate was 99.55%, protein removal rate was 70.45%, turbidity is 118 ntu.When amplified to pilot test (10L barrels add 5L liquid medicine), the results show that for the three water extract, caffeic acid retention rate of 93.25%, protein removal rate was 65%, turbidity is 3.4 NTU,For scutellaria baicalensis georgi water extract baicalin retention rate of 88.73%, protein removal rate was 53%, turbidity is 134 NTU.So in the process of amplification, active ingredients and turbidity has little changes, but protein removal rate is lower, from 50%to 60%.Ultrafiltration technology is one of the types of Membrane separation.there some advantages for ultrafiltration technology such as low energy consumption, save the process cost, not to bring in the other impurities, high process yield, high product purity, simple equipment structure compact, good stability, convenient maintenance.so in the chemical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical and other industries ultrafiltration technology isexpand gradually.The removal rate can’t have a very good value if use the flocculation technology Separately, which from 50% to 60% commonly.change the flocculation conditions will ascend to a certain extent, but improve the space is little, so this article adopts the method of flocculation combine with ultrafiltration to study the Pudilan water extraction liquid of Chinese traditional medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine inactive ingredients is mostly about molecular weight greater than 5000 macromolecular material, so we choose the PES membrane of 5000 intercept molecular weight to further purification separation for traditional Chinese medicine which after flocculation.Results show that the Three water extraction liquid, under pump frequency of 20 Hz in the ultrafiltration system, operating pressure is 1.0 MPa, the effect of retention rate is minimal,while protein removal rate increased to 81.26%.Ultrafiltration system for radix scutellariae water extraction liquid, the pump frequency of 20 Hz, operating pressure is 0.6 MPa, the retention rate lower, down to 40.65%, protein removal rate increased to 79.39%, compared with turbidity of flocculation water extraction liquid were reduced by more than 90%.Through a comparative between two different batches of Pudilan by manufacturer and our reseach, comprehensive to effective substance and invalid, when effective substance content phase at the same time, the protein content reduce 30.4% and 15.4% respectively, so the technology can be used as a new purification process of Pudilan Chinese medicine oral liquid. |
