Objective:To investigate the prognostic factors in patients with cutaneous malignant melanoma(CMM), and according to CMM patients with clinical parameters and survival time of patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis from January 2010 to January 2015 and admitted to my hospital and made follow-up visit the material 122 cases. All patients in our hospital pathology diagnosis were confirmed. Carries on the age and the sex, nation, the KPS grading, the Clark level, the TNM staging, the disease location, the ulcers, the primary tumor thickness, the treatment takes the prognosis factor, carries on the single factor and the multi-factor Cox regression analysis, the screening prognosis factor. Results:The single factor analysis result showed the KPS grading(P<0.001), the Clark level(P<0.001), the TNM staging(P<0.001), the disease location(P<0.001), the ulcers( P<0.001), the primary tumor thickness( P<0.001) influence survival time, the difference has statistics significance. After the multi-factors Cox regression analysis result indicated only has, the TNM staging(P=0.045)affect the patient lifetime. Conclusion:The TNM staging can be used as a prognostic indicator in patients with cutaneous malignant melanoma.
