Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of quantitative analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and elastic imaging technique in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 159 lumps of 150 cases of thyroid patients. Preoperative color Doppler ultrasound(US), examination of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) and elastography(RE) were calculated, and the results of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of simple application of US examination,US+CEUS examination, US+CEUS +REexamination and the results were compared with pathological results, to evaluate the differential diagnostic value of CEUS and RE of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Results:the study group of 159 cases of thyroid masses by pathological examination, the results confirmed 75 cases of malignant(47.17%),84 cases of benign(52.83%) and conventional ultrasound(US) to examine the sensitivity is 53.33%(40/75) and specificity is 77.38%(65/84), the accuracy is 66.04%(105/159)and the sensitivity of conventional ultrasound combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound(US+CEUS) examine is 70.67%(53/75),the specificity is 84.52%(71/84),the accuracy is 77.99%(124/159), the sensitivity of conventional ultrasound combine with contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and elastography(UE+RE+CEUS) examine is90.67%(68/75),the specificity is 96.43%(81/84),the accuracy is 93.71%(149/159).Conclusion: in the diagnosis of benign or malignant of thyroid tumors, by adopting the combination of US + CEUS + RE technology can improve the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of thyroid tumors in a certain extent, has higher application value and to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.
