Objective: To survey the occupational stress and physical health conditions of mental workers in xinjiang. And by measuring the related to the level of gene polymorphism and immune factor to analysis influence of occupational stress on cardiovascular and immune of mental workers. Providing a scientific basis for effective control the occupational stress and improve the professional quality of life of mental workers. Methods: 1.Randomly selected mental workers in urumqi who work more than 1 years as the research object by cluster sampling to survey with working tension measuring scale(JSS)and questionnaire of chronic non-communicable diseases and behavioral risk factors questionnaire.2.Detecting related gene polymorphism in 190 cases and 190 controls by applying polymerase chain reaction- restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)technique with case-control study. 3.Randomly selected 380 people in questionnaire survey, and determinate the content of IL-2 and IL-6 with the method of enzyme linked immunosorbent. Results: 1.The scores of every dimension of JSS were different gender, age, educational background, position, title, Length of service, marital status and income(P?0.05). 2.neck lumbar disease(23.6%), oral diseases(21.8%), chronic diseases of the digestive system(17.5%), hypertension(17.2%) were higher before four session from high to low in mental workers. The distribution of the neck, lumbar disease, oral diseases, chronic diseases of the digestive system were different in ethnic groups(P? 0.05). The distribution of the neck, lumbar disease, oral disease, chronic digestive system disease and high blood pressure were different in position, title, length of service. The distribution of neck, lumbar disease, oral disease and high blood pressure were different in degree of different occupational stress groups(P ? 0.05). 3. The content of fasting blood glucose(FBG), high-density lipoprotein(HDL), triglyceride(TG) and AST/ALT were different incase and control(P?0.05). The distribution of the history of genetic history of high blood pressure, passive smoking, drinking, taste and degree of occupational stress factors were different in case group and control group(P?0.05). The scores of job tension frequency, stress, working pressure, working pressure frequency index, lack of organizational support frequency, lack of organizational support index dimension were different in Case group and control group(P?0.05). 4. The distribution of each genotype and allele frequency on T(344) C site and rs3918181 site were different in Case group and control group(P?0.05).The distribution of each genotype and allele frequency on rs1800780 loci had no differences in Case group and control group(P?0.05). Genetic family history, history of passive smoking, drinking alcohol, flavor, the degree of occupational stress, T(344) C polymorphism, rs3918181 polymorphism and HDL were influencing factors of hypertension. CC gene as reference in T(344) C sites, carry the T allele and CT + TT genotype would increase high possibility of blood pressure(OR = 2.600, 95% CI =1.365-4.954). GG as reference in rs3918181 loci, carry A allele and AG + AA genotype would increase high possibility of blood pressure(OR = 2.008, 95% CI = 1.319 3.057).Rs1800780 sites and rs3918181 loci had not obvious linkage disequilibrium. And builded up the four haploid, just A-A and A-G haploid had statistically significant which the former was the risk factor and the latter was protect factor(P?0.05). 5. Comparison of IL-2 index had no statistical difference under different individual characteristics(P?0.05);the content of IL-6 indexes was statistically difference between different gender, educational background, title and length of service(P?0.05). The content of IL-2 and IL-6had statistically difference in the different levels of occupational stress(P ?0.05).IL-2levels was negatively correlated with work stress index and work pressure index(P?0.05).IL-6 level was positively correlated with work stress index and work(P ? 0.05).Conclusion: Mental workers have widespread severe occupational stress. And as the degree of occupational stress increasing will causing the occurrence of some chronic diseases like high blood pressure class such as cardiovascular disease, and leading to immune function disorder by giving rise to the abnormal immune factor levels in the body of mental workers. In addition, gene polymorphism results show that high blood pressure is related with T(344) C loci, rs1800780 loci and rs3918181 loci gene polymorphism.
