Objective Physical and mental health of patients with fracture of condylar fracture in oral and maxillofacial surgery clinical more common a kind of disease, condylar process fractures of the main clinical manifestation of temporomandibular joint local swelling and pain, occlusion disorder and mandibular movement disorder. Condylar process if not handled properly, can cause temporomandibular joint diseases, temporomandibular joint ankylosis occurred. The patients with facial, occluding relation and masticatory adverse effect, serious problems. On the basis of traditional imaging examination, make operation plan and preoperative preparation, the clinician generated great distress. And three dimensional reconstruction spiral CT than ordinary CT, can get the three-dimensional and accurate image information. The purpose of the study is through a comparative evaluation of three-dimensional reconstruction spiral CT and conventional CT image data for mandibular condylar fracture analysis of the imaging effect of three-dimensional reconstruction spiral CT in the diagnosis and treatment of mandibular condylar fracture of clinical application value. Methods First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, collected oral and maxillofacial surgical treatment of mandibular condylar fractures were 56 cases and three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT with ordinary CT image data, on the basis of three-dimensional reconstruction spiral CT in the diagnosis of the mandibular condylar fracture treatment method. Data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS 20.0, ordinary CT and three-dimensional reconstruction spiral CT slice of preoperative diagnosis with rate and of condylar fractures with displacement detection coincidence rate of results were compared, analysis of three-dimensional reconstruction with spiral CT in the diagnosis and treatment of mandibular condylar fracture application value. Results 56 subjects, 42 cases of male, 14 cases of female, age 3 to 75 years, with an average of 36.5 years old. According to the three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT images, 56 cases of patients with a diagnosis of condylar fracture, 51 patients had obvious displacement. And based on the ordinary CT, condylar fracture patients in 55 cases, among them 43 cases associated with significant shift. Therefore three-dimensional reconstruction with spiral CT and ordinary CT of condylar whether fracture diagnosis with rate showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). And three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT and ordinary CT of condylar fractures with displacement detection coincidence rate of the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Application of three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT in oral and maxillofacial region, for mandibular condyle fracture diagnosis and treatment choice has important application significance, in oral and maxillofacial surgeons conventional treatment, according to the condylar fracture three-dimensional information of three-dimensional reconstruction with spiral CT image display, and patients with mandibular condylar fractures occurred at a specific position, condylar fracture diagnosis and treatment has caused the enormous progress. According to the three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT images and patient age and body condition in the comprehensive treatment, recommended clinical routine examination.
