Background and Objective At present China liver cancer incidence rate has been very high, and the trend is increasing year by year. The majority of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma urgently need an effective way of treatment, after years of research and development, develop a lot of methods of treatment. The hyperthermia method has definite curative effect, and has a strong potential for development has been regarded as an excellent treatment method. High intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) the ultrasonic energy is highly focused, accurate positioning, short treatment time, effect of intuitive and the surrounding normal tissue destructive characteristics, showing the superiority compared to other hyperthermia methods, has become a hot spot in the research of hyperthermia and the field of cancer therapy. To the effectiveness and safety of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of tumor, we apply color Doppler and three-dimensional ultrasound imaging, liver cancer before and after high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of lesions of the peripheral and internal performance, judgment of tumor killing activity and residual left, the enhanced CT as the standard, to explore in hepatocellular carcinoma after high intensity focused ultrasound treatment efficacy was assessed in terms three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound application value, for clinical further treatment to provide guidance.Methods1, observation of 46 cases of the study of the standard checks and evaluates all melt in 37 cases, ablation is not exactly 7, 2 cases. In accordance with this standard for group study to assess the accuracy of evaluation, observation group was 82.6%,44 subjects in the control group the standard checks and evaluates all melt in 36 cases, ablation is not completely in 6 cases, 2 cases. According to the standards for assessment to evaluate the accuracy of the subjects in the control group, control group rate 63.6%, of two groups of subjects in line with rates between groups, group assessment rate than the control group, and has a significant difference(X2=4.658,P=0.038<0.05), namely the observation accuracy was significantly better than the control group.2. cases were divided into the observation group and the control group, 46 cases in the observation group, cases in the observation group and 44 cases in the control group were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography. High intensity focused ultrasound therapy in patients of all lesions were examined to definite the lesion number, size, position, internal flow or contrast enhancement mode. At the same time, the enhanced CT, color Doppler ultrasound, three-dimensional ultrasound contrast and CT results by doctors engaged in more than 5 years imaging work were analyzed, according to the size of the tumor and formulation of the quantity therapy times, energy and emission power, the therapeutic range. And detailed record of images and data to prepare for research. One to three days after the end of treatment were performed color Doppler ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, concurrent enhanced CT, check out the residual disease timely treatment, treatment after 1 month, months again of all lesions were review. Comparing two groups of study group of the results with the standard result compared to the accordance rate and accuracy of inspection and evaluation, and evaluate the accuracy, safety, sensitivity, specificity and check compliance, and other data were compared between groups and statistical analysis.Result By high intensity focused ultrasound ablation of 90 cases, the results were complete ablation in 73 cases, incomplete ablation in 13 cases, and no obvious curative effect in 4 cases.Through the observation group 46 cases and control group(n = 44) research object to evaluate the coincidence rate was evaluated, the observation group with rate of82.6% and control group coincidence rate was 63.6%, the compliance of the two groups of subjects for rate between the two groups were compared, observation group to assess the coincidence rate is higher than the control group with significant difference(X2=4.658, P = 0.038 < 0.05), namely three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the assessment of the accuracy is significantly better than conventional color Doppler ultrasonography. Conclusion The study showed that high intensity focused ultrasound is safe and effective, and can be treated with palliative treatment for liver cancer patients who can’t be operated. After treatment using three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasonography inevaluating observation, can real-time, three-dimensional, intuitive display perfusion before and after treatment, with no radiation, effectiveness and high security advantages, three-dimensional contrast-enhanced ultrasound for high intensity focused ultrasound ablation in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma to evaluate feasibility, as the preferred method of efficacy evaluation after the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma HCC.
