The Clinical Research Of Membranous Nephropathy Proteinuria Treated By Yiqi Huoxue Xiaozheng Decoction

Research objective:Drawn from clinical experience of the efficacy of yiqi huoxue xiaozheng decoction on blood stasis and energy deficiency caused by membranous nephropathy and proteinuria caused by micro renal obstruction, the paper attempts to conduct an preliminary analysis on the effect of the decoction on treatment quality of above symptoms, and an assessment on its safety so as to provide evidence for its further application.Research methodology:The research was designed in randomized and parallel controlled principle with prospective methods. Research subjects are 120 selected patients who were diagnosed with chronic glomerular nephritis under western medicine criteria, membranous nephropathy under pathology and renal obstruction syndrome under Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) criteria from January 2014 to December 2015 in Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. Subjects were evenly divided into two groups: treatment group and controlled group. Treatment group would receive Yiqi Huoxue Xiaozheng decoction two times a day, 150 ml each time; while the controlled group would receive glycosides tablets three times a day,20 mg each time for 12 weeks. Effect of the decoction on improving the condition of membranous nephropathy patients, reducing urinary protein and improving kidney function was observed. TCM syndrome classification of both groups was monitored before and after treatment respectively. Major index, 24 hours protein quantities, and minor indexes, urine routine,blood fat,renal function and plasma albumin were analyzed through SPSS23.0 system in a scientific manner.Research results:1. The overall treatment efficiency of the treatment group is 94.64% and that of the controlled group is 83.93%. The difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);2. The comparative difference of both groups in 24 hours protein quantities, urinary protein, triglyceride and cholesterol levels has statistical significance(P<0.05), the results of the treatment group is better than the controlled group(P<0.05);3. The TCM symptom of both groups was improved after treatment. The improvement of the treatment group was more significant than the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through observation of the clinical test,the Yiqi Huoxue Xiaozheng decoction have demonstrably shown effectiveness on addressing energy deficiency and blood stasis caused by membranous nephropathy, and main symptoms, including fatigue,back pain and soreness,anorexia or abdominal distension and dark complexion,of patients suffering from micro renal obstruction syndrome. It also can significantly reduce the levels of 24 hours protein quantities,urinary protein,triglyceride and cholesterol of membranous nephropathy patients without significant adverse reactions.The decoction has wide application prospect and calls for further studies.
