The Influence Of The Quality Of Life Of The Patients With Advanced Gastric Cancer That In The Treatment Of Ruanjian Sanjie Capsule Combined With Chemotherapy

Objective: Observe the curative effect of clinical symptoms, physical condition,and the effect of quality of life of the patients with advanced gastric cancer that in the treatment of Ruanjian Sanjie capsule combined with chemotherapy.Study “traditional Chinese medicine loading therapy” in the treatment of tumor significance from Removing Chinese Medicine combined with chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer treatment method, to provide theoretical basis for further treatment in advanced gastric cancer.Methods: using randomized controlled method, 100 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were divided into two groups: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group and chemotherapy group, each group had 50 cases. Patients in the group of traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy oraled Ruanjian Sanjie capsule and received chemotherapy, while patients in the group of simple chemotherapy only received chemotherapy. Observed for three cycles, and collected clinical symptoms, physical condition and quality of life table of the two groups before and after treatment and compared.Results:(1) In the clinical symptoms, after treatment, the score of traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group in stomach pain, bloating, nausea, and vomiting symptom was significantly lower than the pure chemotherapy group. After statistical test, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);(2) In improving the physical condition of the patients, the traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group have no obvious advantages in the treatment compared with the pure chemotherapy group. After statistical test, the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3) In terms of the quality of life of patients, the score of Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group was significantly higher than that of simple chemotherapy group in most cases. After statistical test, the difference was statistically significancet in these field(P<0.05).Conclusion: Ruanjian Sanjie capsule combined with chemotherapy has obvious advantages in remissioning clinical symptoms and improving the quality of life of patients with advanced gastric cancer compared with simple chemotherapy. So combining Chinese with Western medicine treatment in treating patients with advanced gastric cancer should be advocated. Basing with the treatment that Ruanjian Sanjie capsule combined with chemotherapy, can we hope clinical symptom of the patients can be reduced and the quality of life of patients can be improved.
