Clinical Observation Of Ruanjian Sanjie Capsule In The Treatment Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis With Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of ruanjian sanjie capsule in the treatment of hashimoto's thyroiditis with phlegm and blood stasis,and to evaluate its safety,so as to provide clinical data support for the clinical use of ruanjian sanjie capsule in the treatment of this disease.Methods:Based on the principle of randomized control,this clinical study randomly divided the patients with hashimoto's thyroiditis who met the diagnosis of traditional Chinese and western medicine into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental groupwas given oral ruanjian sanjie capsule treatment,and the control group was given oral Prunella curcuma capsule treatment.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks continuously.Data collected during the experiment were statistically analyzed using SPSS20.0.Results:1.Thyroid autocorrelation antibody levelBoth treatment methods could reduce the level of patients' thyroid autoantibodies,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the efficacy of the two groups,the experimental groupwas better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Thyroid hormone levelThere was no significant difference in thyroid hormone level between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.Thyroid volume and isthmus thicknessBoth treatment methods could reduce thyroid volume in the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the efficacy of the two groups,the experimental groupwas superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.TCM syndrome scoreThe TCM syndromes of both groups were improved before treatment,and the experimental group was tter over the control group(P < 0.05).In the therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome,the total effective percentage of the experimental groupwas 86.3%;The total effective percentage of the control group was 63.6%.The total effective percentage ofthe experimental groupwas higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),which indicated that the experimental groupwas superior to the control group in improving the clinical symptoms and signs.Conclusion : Ruanjian Sanjie capsule can improve the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the level of thyroid autorelated antibodies,reduce the spread of goiter,delay the development of hypothyroidism,and is safe and effective,which is worth further popularizing.
