| Purpose:The test and analysis of the balance ability of the elderly women who participated in the exercise of Tai Chi and square dance for a long time, to explore whether long-term physical exercise can slow down the aging female skeletal muscle decline and improve balance ability? Looking for the elderly women in the process of maintaining the balance of the main body of the lower limb muscle activity, and the differences between different ways of physical exercise. Methods:By megawin sEMG acquisition and analysis system, MES01 S20 muscle function analyzer and portable 3D force measurement KISLTER respectively in the square dance, Tai Chi exercise of elderly women and do not often participate in physical exercise of older women are synchronous balance ability test, collecting the original data and relevant application software for processing.Results:1, compared with the no physical exercise group, the relative limb skeletal muscle content and skeletal muscle index, tai chi group and square dance group were increased, but there was no significant difference. With no physical exercise group compared to square dance group and Tai Chi group of elderly people left leg squat force were increased by 4.5% and 10.2%, right squat force increased 5.3% and 9.0%, but square dance group and no exercise group had no significant difference, only the Tai Chi group and no exercise group showed significant difference (P< 0.05).2, and no physical exercise group compared to no matter or closed eyes standing on one foot of the cop in the AP and ML direction, maximum displacement and average velocity, and Tai Chi square dance group were lower than those of the non exercise group, only the Tai Chi group and exercise group had significant difference (Figure 1 and figure 2).3, whether open or closed the maximum displacement of single foot standing NE group and TC group in AP, ML direction. Increased, only NE group showed a significant difference in the AP direction of the eyes (p=0.041). While the SD group appeared to decrease, but no significant difference (Figure 3,4).Conclusion:1, long-term participation in Tai Chi and square dance exercise, with the increase of the elderly female body muscle content and lower limb relative maximum muscle strength, the effect of Tai Chi exercise is more obvious.2, long-term participation in Tai Chi and square dance exercise, static balance ability of elderly women has improved, but the Tai Chi exercise and the effect is more obvious; square dance movement to improve the balance in elderly women anti interference ability has better effect. |
