Objective:In this paper,I study on the identification of all traditional Chinese medicinal materials,and optimize the content of extraction and expansion to establish a convenient,objective,comprehensive and specific identification method;At the same time,the method of determination of the content of ginseng related components in the original standard was optimized,adding a method for determination of content of Salvia Miltiorrhiza,expecting to establish a simple,rapid and comprehensive method for the determination of the quality of products,ultimately used to improve the quality standard of Yixinshu Pill. Method:The method of thin-layer chromatography was adopted to identify Yixinshu Pill of seven Chinese herbal medicines(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Salviae Miltiorrhiae Radix et Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Ophiopogonis Radix,Crataegi Fructus)and high performance liquid chromatography method was adopted to determine the content of Ginsenoside Rg1,Re,Rb1 and salvianolic acid B,tanshinone ⅡA.Result:The specificity of thin-layer chromatography of seven kinds of Chinese herbal medicines of Yixinshu Pill was obvious.The good linearity of Ginsenoside Rg1,Re,Rb1 and salvianolic acid B,tanshinone ⅡA were at 0.97-9.74μg(r=0.9999),0.99-9.90μg(r=0.9998),1.65-16.50μg(r=0.9999),0.28-2.76μg(r=0.9987),0.0332-0.332μg(r=0.9999),respectively. The average recoveries were 98.88%(n=6,RSD=1.41%),98.38%(n=6,RSD=1.73%),98.95%(n=6,RSD=1.48%),99.91(n=6,RSD=1.54%),98.33%(n=6,RSD=1.26%). Conclusion:This method is objective,accurate,comprehensive and can be used for quality control of Yixinshu Pill. |
