Through the observation comparison before and after treatment of breast cancer patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of TCM symptom score, PS score to evaluate the changes of traditional Chinese medicine to stick navel endocrine therapy of breast cancer after treatment the clinical curative effect of liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.Methods: Included in the standard with the random number table method, the 40 cases and randomly divided into treatment group(20 cases and control group 20 cases).Closely observe and record stick navel before and after treatment of TCM symptoms and changes of the PS score and statistical analysis.Results: TCM symptoms: TCM syndrome total integral comparison results show that: The two groups after treatment all can improve the symptom of liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome(P < 0.05), no difference between groups(P > 0.05); Two groups of single symptom integral comparison before and after the treatment,The results showed that the treatment group for hot flashes, insomnia, waist sour pain, dry mouth tongue thirst for water, dysphoria, spontaneous sweating, night sweating, tinnitus, deafness, god fatigue treatment effect is significantly(P < 0.05), but the hot flashes, insomnia, waist sour pain, dry mouth tongue thirst for water, spontaneous sweating,night sweating particularly five symptoms improved(P < 0.01). 2. PS score changes: To compare the treatment group in the group of PS score before and after treatment were markedly improved, with statistical significance(P < 0.05), to show the treatment group by the party to stick after umbilical can reduce the patient’s PS score. Compared before and after treatment in the PS score change no statistical significance(P > 0.05), no difference between groups(P > 0.05). 3. Efficient comparison: Treatment group total effective rate was 45%, among them recovered in 1 case(5%), 2 cases were markedly improved(10%), 6 cases(30%). The control group total effective rate was 30%, among them 1 case(5%) were markedly effective, effective in 5 cases(25%).4. In terms of PS score in treatment group in PS score before and after treatment was significantly improved, and the effectiveness of treatment group is higher than the control group efficiently.
