| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the proposed Chinese soup tranquilitydisturbed fetal kidney deficiency treatment.Methods: A randomized controlled clinical experimental methods to study60patientswith threatened abortion patients divided into two groups,30in each group. Which treatmentgroup Self Fang Anning soup (specific drugs: Eucommia15g, mistletoe15g, Sichuan off15g,gelatin10g, Dodder15g, Scutellaria10g, Bai Zhu25g, angelica15g, Chinese yam20g,licorice10g). The control group medroxyprogesterone acetate injection. Changes in thepatient’s signs and symptoms observed in the test group and the control group, using statisticalmethods to determine its clinical efficacy, to change the parameters of indicators and efficacycorrelation for statistical analysis.Results:1point from the overall effect of the situation analysis: the treatment groupand the control group, the clinical efficacy of the total efficiency of83.33%and73.33%respectively, the treatment group than the control group.2groups before and after eachtreatment TCM syndromes were significant differences in sex, elevated serum progesterone(P) and serum human chorionic gonadotropin HCG levels after treatment, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions: The use of Chinese medicine treatment of fetal irritability method isreliable through clinical observation of patients, the treatment of kidney deficiency souptranquility fetal irritability, its efficacy is superior to progesterone, adverse reactions aftertreatment, even lower than the progesterone group. |
