ObjectiveIn order to find a more effective and safer treatment for vascular cognitive impairment, we observed the two groups (the treatment groups and the control groups), and compare the difference between both groups for treatment of this disease. At the same time, we also maybe have to do something for investigating effectiveness and feasibility, besides that, Speculate mechanism of this treatment is also very important for the study.MethodThe fitted sixty cases were all randomly be assigned to two groups, including the acupuncture combined moxibustion therapy group and commonly acupuncture group is, every group has thirty cases. Both treatment group and control group need to receive measures every day, it is three courses of treatment in all. Then we evaluated the clinical effect of the two groups by observing forms we have chosen at the beginning, curative effect is also important for evaluating.ResultsStandard reference of traditional Chinese medicine "standard of disease diagnosis curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine ", and curative effect evaluation standard of allergic rhinitis curative effect evaluation standard of the scoring method (2004, lanzhou), according to the signs and symptoms score evaluation of curative effect calculation period. Moxibustion combined with common acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis can obtain satisfactory curative effect.Total efficiency:measures we took for treatment group is so good that we found value for P is much smaller than 0.05 when we look at differences in two groups. Then, readers like us will realize that maybe measures for treatment group is a good choice for patients in AR.According to its curative effect evaluation methods can be concluded that the result is:the 60 cases of patients, the experimental group 30 cases, clinical cure 9 cases,15 cases were markedly effective cases of experimental group, the clinical total healing rate was 100%, in control group, the total efficiency was 70%. You can see from the experimental group of clinical total efficiency is higher than in the controls section. ConclusionWe supposed that acupuncture combined moxibustion therapy had perfect effect for AR. The evidence that why we think so are the scores of all tables we seen before and after treatment. We should let every doctor or researcher that when come with AR, we can try to use acupuncture combined moxibustion for the treatment, maybe has a surprise at the end.
