Different Methods Of Acupuncture And Moxibustion Are Used To Treat The Clinical Curative Effect Of The Healing Phase Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of different treatment methods for the recovery of peripheral facial palsy.Methods: from xinjiang uygur autonomous region hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture outpatient and ward around 80 cases of facial paralysis recovery of the patients in hospital were randomly divided into four groups,based on the ordinary acupuncture treatment,and is set to the control group.Categories are: acupuncture group(control group)and acupuncture plus acupuncture point bury quad(group 1)treatment,acupuncture plus thermal moxibustion group(treatment group)and acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion plus acupuncture points buried line group(treatment group),a course of ten days,after 3 course of treatment,the determination of four groups before and after treatment of H-B grade of facial nerve,facial nerve function score and total score facial nerve function dynamic view ratings,static view score,evaluation of four kinds of the clinical curative effect of treatment on the surrounding sex facial paralysis recovery.Results: four groups after treatment 3 period of treatment,which determine the H-B facial nerve grading after treatment was lower,the dynamic concept of facial nerve function score score,facial nerve function score,earlier static view score are reduced from the previous,there was a significant difference(P < 0.01);(2)the determination of the control group after treatment H-B facial nerve grading was reduced,the dynamic concept of facial nerve function score score,facial nerve function score,earlier static view score were compared with the previous lower(P < 0.05);(3)determine the H-treatment group B facial nerve grading,static view score was reduced,the dynamic concept of facial nerve function score score,facial nerve function score from the previous increase(P < 0.05);However,the scores of the three groups were significantly more significant than those of the other three groups(P < 0.01);(4)compared to control group and treatment group,the treatment group(H-B grade of facial nerve,facial nerve function score score,facial nerve function dynamic view ratings,static view scores were improved significantly than control group(P < 0.05),the curative effect of treatment of three groups more significantly(P < 0.01);(5)through the before and after treatment clinical curative effect evaluation standard can get total effective rate of treatment group(85%,85%,90%)were better than the control group(80%),three treatment groups.Conclusion:(1)the four sets of treatment methods can reduce the grading of h-b and static view,improve the score of facial nerve function and the score of dynamic view.(2)in the surrounding sex recovery on the curative effect of facial paralysis by comparison can be found: the common acupuncture,thermal moxibustion,acupuncture point bury line,as well as the combination of two can obviously improve the symptoms,but when combined the effect is more significant.Around which can prompt for the treatment of facial paralysis recovery,use a variety of methods and combining to treatment,the curative effect is more significant,also can better for patients and the effect is much better and is worth popularizing in clinic.
