Objective:There is to explore the correlation of single nucleotide polymorphisms of ARL15,TCF7L2 and KCNJ11 gene with T2DM merged MA in Chinese-Korean in Yanbian.Methods:There are employ case-control design, random select 219 T2DM patients(117 ethnic Koreans and 48 Han chinese) and 50 population of the glucose sugar tolerance are normal (16 ethnic Koreans and 34 Han chinese) as object of study.Using Snp-LDR method is for detection of three SNPs site(rs26770、rs7903146、rs5219) genetype. Detected ARL15 adiponectin(PA) and insulin(INS) levels is by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in all samples;It is by the method of Measurement of carotid artery intima media thickness (IMT) by color Doppler to certain MA, and use SPSS analysis of physiological and biochemical indicators and the joint action of gene.Results:1.There are Compared allele gene frequency distribution to genetype frequency distribution of three SNPs:The rs5219 genetype frequency has significant differrences between T2DM group and NGT group(p=0.028),allele gene frequency has no significant differrences;allele gene frequency and genetype frequency of rs7903146,rs26770 have no significant differrences in every group(p>0.05), comparing allele gene frequency and genetype frequency of three SNPs between ethnic Koreans and Han Chinese have no statistical significance, and that comparing allele gene frequency and genetype frequency distribution between T2DM group arid NGT group have no statistical significance too(p>0.05).2. Jointed genetype GG-CC-CT frequency in merged MA group has be much bigger than NGT group(p=0.04),genetype AA-CC-CT in T2DM group has be much smaller than NGT group,the differtence has statistical significance(p=0.041),the jointed genetype GG-CC-CT frequency in ethnic Koreans who get merged MA group have be much bigger than NGT and T2DM group(p=0.032,p=0.018).3. The protein levels of PA,ARL15 in T2DM have be much smaller than NGT(p<0.05),but comparing other groups to NGT group has no significant differrence(p>0.05);FPG in T2DM merged MA group much bigger than NGT group(p<0.05),PA level much smaller than NGT group(p<0.05),compare other groups to NGT group has no significant differrences(p>0.05).4. The INS level of rs7903146 CT genetype individuals have be much smaller than CC genetype individuals(p=0.01<0.05),ARL-15 level of CT genetype individuals has be much bigger than CC genetype individuals,but the difference has no statistical significance(p>0.05). The SBP,DBP,INS,PA level have a tendency to reduce,but all of them have no significant differences three genetype genetype individuals of rs26770(p>0.05).Compared three individual genotype polymorphism of rs5219 to other clinical indicators has no significant differences(p>0.05).Conclusion:1. ARL-15,TCF7L2 and KCNJ11 Gene polymorphism’joint genetype GG-CC-CT in Yanbian who get T2DM merge MA has the risk associated with T2DM and MA in the Korean ethnic group in Yanbian.2. Joint genetype CT-CC-AA of ARL-15,TCF7L2 and KCNJ11 can be the Yanbian Korean T2DM protection gene combination.
