There are postoperative arrhythmia in three cases, two cases of pulmonary atelectasis, pulmonary infection and respiratory failure in 2 cases, poor wound healing in 2 cases and 1 case of bronchial stump fistula after active treatment. All complications were cured and patients were discharged.Conclusions:1. Symptoms of lung cancer in elderly patients are more complex, diverse and more prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. These symptoms may appear as unhealed chronic cough with sputum, when there is blood stained sputum, chest pain and other symptoms appeared, we should be wary of lung cancer. Ordering chest CT examination as soon as possible in order to facilitate the diagnosis of lung cancer; 2. Surgical treatment is an effective treatment for lung cancer in elderly patients, by strengthening the perioperative management will help improve the result of the surgical treatment and improve post-operative recovery.
