Prevalence Study On Food Safety Situation Of Unit Canteen And Collective Meal Distribution Entities In Suzhou Industrial Park

Objective:Base on the prevalence survey on Food Safety Situation of Unit Canteen and Collective Meal Distribution Entities in Suzhou Industrial Park, we can get the influence factors of the food safety situation of Unit Canteen and Collective Meal Distribution Entities in Suzhou Industrial Park at the current stage. Through this theoretical foundation of this investigation, relevant departments could make powerful food safety regulatory guidelines.Methods:Data collection: 1. Collect and analyze the quantitative classification level in recent years, food complaints whistle, food poisoning, administrative penalty and other government jobs data among the year of 2012 to 2015. The data is about Food Safety Situation of Unit Canteen and Collective Meal Distribution Entities in Suzhou Industrial Park 2. Collect and analyze 2013-2015 food safety work sampling observation data of Food Safety Situation of Unit Canteen and Collective Meal Distribution Entities in Suzhou Industrial Park. 3. Collect and analyze staff questionnaire about Unit Canteen and Collective Meal Distribution Entities in Suzhou Industrial Park.Prevalence Survey: analyze the collected questionnaire method. By using stratified random sampling method, with the selection of 79 units of canteen, and 6 collective meal distribution entities of Suzhou Industrial Park as the object of investigation. Among the 85 survey units, select 6 to 30 per family(due to the catering business size, the number of staff is not equal). A total of 653 valid questionnaires were be collected.Statistical analysis methods: use Excel to establish database, using Epidata 3.1 database management software for data filtering, sorting and entry, entry the correct information into SPSS database. Using PASW Statistic 18.0 statistical analysis software for data processing. Comparison the two groups using t-test, counting data by chi-square test. Statistical test level is 0.05.Results:The number of complaints about the unit canteen and collective meal distribution entities of Suzhou Industrial Park is increasing year by year, three kinds of food and beverage service management---- School canteen, Enterprises canteen and collective meal distribution entities, Enterprises canteen has the most, which is the largest amount of complaints in 2014.Between the year of 2012 and 2014, health supervision departments of Suzhou industrial park about the administrative punishment cases,about the money of the Penalty amount, both showed a trend of increasing. School canteen and enterprises canteens in summary penalties are increased no matter it is a general procedure to punish or Collective meal delivery units for nearly three years. For the Enterprises canteen, the Penalty case is the most. School canteen, enterprises canteen quantitative classification of year, the number of outstanding is increasing, every year, new school canteens and Enterprises canteen are new established. Collective meal distribution entities of quantitative classification appear unstable phenomenon.The unit canteen and collective meal distribution entities of Suzhou Industrial Park for their food safety situation are satisfied, school canteen has the best knowledge about the food safety knowledge, the “5s”management.It also has the best mastering level of the management of food additives.Conclusion:1, The overall food safety situation of Unit Canteen and Collective Meal Distribution Entities in Suzhou Industrial Park is good, mass food poisoning accidents are not occurred over the last two years.2, Food Complaint on the Enterprises canteen is the heaviest, the government penalties is still increasing.3, School canteen management is higher than enterprise canteens and collective meal delivery entities.4, the pursing of quantified grading system and the 5 s method system of Suzhou industrial park bring a lot of benefits to the management of unit Canteen and Collective Meal Distribution Entities.
