The Influence Of Blood Flow Velocity By Electric Acupuncture Treatment In Different Frequency Of Stroke Patients’ Hands

Objective:Use of the electroacupuncture, combine with the hand blood flow velocity meter, to explore the blood flow changes of stroke patients after electric acupuncture treatment, and study the different influence caused by the different frequency.Methods:Use of electroacupuncture therapy apparatus, set frequency of 2 Hz and 10 Hz, two days in a row, to the patients that in group on acupuncture with upper hand acupoint Shousanli and Waikuan, each treatment time to 20 min.Use of hand blood flow velocity meter to collecte patients’ hand blood flow velocity variation curve characteristic parameters before and after treatment from hands’ characteristic area, and use the mached software LDIHandV1 to get the real-time dynamic images of blood flow velocity from back of patients’ hand. Then all data entry SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical, count data by chi-square test, rank the Ridit analysis data, with P<0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results:(1)From the statistics,we know that there is no obviouslinear relation between Brunnstrom stage and blood flow velocity, but the higher the stage, the hand function is tend to be normal, blood flow velocity is slower,(2)There is no obviouslinear relation between the course of disease and blood flow velocity.(3)The statistics show that there is also no obviouslinear relation between muscular tension and blood flow velocity, but with the increase of muscle tension score, blood flow velocity as a whole is a trend of increase.(4) The statistics show that there is no obviouslinear relation between hand functional disorder score and blood flow velocity, but with the improvement of hand function, with the hand has a significantly lower blood flow trend.(5) The statistics show that the electroacupuncture therapy can make the blood flow velocity has a significantly increased of the two-hands.(6) The statistics show that low frequency electrical stimulation (2 Hz) for patients with blood flow to the hands of impact than high-frequency electrical stimulation (10 Hz).Conclusion:(1) The stand or fall of hand function is a certain correlation with blood flow to the hands.(2) Electroacupuncture can affects the patients blood flow in the hands, increase blood flow to the hands of time, frequency of electric acupuncture, the choice of whether 2 Hz or 10 Hz, after treatment of patients with hand blood flow was significantly improve the velocity, and the difference was statistically significant.(3) Low frequency electrical stimulation for patients with blood flow to the hands of impact than high-frequency electrical stimulation.
