| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Dingchuanjiawei soup in the treatment of actue exacerbation of bronchial asthma (heat asthma),futher verify the fsasibility and of traditional Chinese compound medicine in the treament of bronchial asthma; at the same time, discuss Dingchuan soup reduce airway inflammation and reduce airway obstruction and improve the mechanism of pulmonary function.Mechods:The subject selected 60 outpatients with actue exacerbation of bronchial asthma(heat asthma),randomized single blind method,divided into the control group (Aminophylline plus traditional Chinese medicine placebo) and treament group (Dingchuanjiawei soup plus Aminophylline) of the 30 cases,takes 7 days as 1 the course of treament,only 1 course. Through the observation of The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicin,Syndrome total score and individual symptoms,determination pulmonary function (FEVi%,FEV1/FVC%),immunoglobulin E level and eosionPhil count,and compared before and after treament.Results.1. The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicin:Infection in two group of bronchial asthma total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,and 90% in the control group,difference (P<0.05) is statistically significant,suggesting that Medicine treament the total curative effect is better.2.Syndrome total score and individual symptoms:Comparison of two groups of syndrome total score group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).Compare the differencebetween before and after treatment group and there was statistical difference (P<0.05).The two groups in wheezing,cough,sputum,shortness of breath and improvement,the comparison group had significant difference (P<0.05),and prompt treament group was better in terms of the treament of cough and sputum.3. FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%:There was significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05), and the treament group is better.4.Immunoglobulin E level and eosionPhil count:There was significant difference in pul-monary function between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and thetrea ment group is better.Conclusion:Dingchuanjiawei soup has better clinical efficacy with significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs,espercially for cough and sputum,and improve pulmon-ary function, airway obstruction,reduce immune IgE leves,EOS count,immune and infla-mmatory response. |
