Objective : By studying the effect of exogenous normal lymph in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MI / RI) rat with electrocardiogram(ECG), arrhythmia, pathological and inflammatory factor, to explore the treatment of lymph in the MI/RI. Methods:61 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, the plasma group, lymph group.In addition to the control group, all use of coronary artery ligation of left anterior descending branch root with thread to copy MI/RI model in rats.Inject lymph to lymph group, plasma group instead by blood plasma, Detection the changes of the ischemia and reperfusion by electrocardiogram(ECG), after 24 h, take myocardial tissue for pathological slices and detect the tumor necrosis factor(TNF- α), superoxide dismutase(SOD) and interleukin 6(IL- 6) level in the plasma. Results:Compared with the plasma group, lymph group show a faster heart rate and low ST segment lifting height in 30 min after myocardial infarction(P < 0.05), low ST segment and faster heart rate 30 min after reperfusion also(P < 0.05), Incidence of arrhythmia room early(P> 0.05), the incidence of ventricular tachycardia has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).24 h after the reperfusion, compared with control group, TNF- α, SOD, IL- 6 were increased in the lymph and plasma group, compared with the plasma group(P < 0.05), TNF-alpha, IL- 6 is reduced(P < 0.05), SOD is increased in lymph group(P < 0.05), TNF- beta level changes in myocardial homogenate five statistical significance(P > 0.05).Pathological show that lymph group neutrophil infiltration is reducedplasma for plasma group, and less bleeding, blood accumulates ease, but have more contraction bands appeared.Conclusion:Normal lymph may by reducing inflammatory reaction and neutrophil infiltration, reduce the level of TNF- α, IL- 6, Reduce free radical damage, this ways to reduce inflammation, oxidative stress mediated myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, But may no relationship with Th2 cells activation, although may enhance abnormal calcium, but did not increase the risk of cardiac arrhythmia,and on the myocardial injury after MI/RI has a relief.
