ObjectiveThe research is about the clinical curative effect of Er Ren Decoction (Experienced prescription of Professor Luo Yuankai), which is about the spleen and kidney deficiency type of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, compared with desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol tablets (Marvelon) as a control group. To observe the clinical curative effect of Er Ren Decoction with different ages patients(adolescence, reproductive age, confining menopause) about uterine bleeding time and the duration of hemostasis, systemic symptoms, adverse reactions. To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Er Ren decoction, and to find the foundation for further clinical research and the development of Er Ren decoction.Methods174 cases with the spleen and kidney deficiency type of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis were collected, which from March 2015 to March 2016 and jiuzhen in the First Affiliaed Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. To observe the clinical curative effect of Er Ren Decoction with different ages patients(adolescence, reproductive age, confining menopause) about uterine bleeding time and the duration of hemostasis, systemic symptoms, adverse reactions. To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Er Ren decoction, and to find the foundation for further clinical research and the development of Er Ren decoction.Results174 cases were included, Er Ren Decoction observation group included 88 cases:28 cases of adolescent period group,32 cases of child-bearing period group,28 cases of peri-menopausal period gruop; the maximum age was 54 years old, the minimum age was 17 years old, the average age was 29.42 ±11.53 years;1. Age:Er Ren Decoction observed group in the maximum age for 54 years old, minimum age for 15 years old, with an average age of 29.42±11.53 years old; Marvelon in the control group, the maximum age for 52 years, the minimum age for 16 years old, with an average age of 28.80±1.147 years old.2. The time of vaginal bleeding:Observation group of vaginal bleeding for the longest time was 60 days and the shortest for 2 days. The average time of vaginal bleeding was 12.66±9.13 days; control group of vaginal bleeding for the longest time was 55 days and the shortest for 4 days. The average time of vaginal bleeding for 13.62±10.14 days.3. The amount of vaginal bleeding:Observation group of vaginal bleeding amount up to about 300ml, at least for 30ml (according to the Merck Manual 17th Edition projections, a piece of sanitary wet cotton pad contains about 20 to 30 ml blood), average amount of vaginal bleeding:6.424±10.21ml; control group of vaginal bleeding amount up to about 330, at least 20 ml, average amount of vaginal bleeding was 70.15±11.17ml. The observed group bleeding time for the shortest was 2 days, the longest for 7 days; mean hemostatic time was 3.34 ±1.21 days; control group bleeding time for the shortest was only one day, the longest for 5 days; the average hemostasis time is 2.85±0.86 days.4. Hemostasis Duration:The observation group of vaginal bleeding hemostasis duration of 7 days,7-14 days each in 2 cases,14-20 days with 1 case, maintain 20 days more than 83, the control group of vaginal bleeding stanching maintain time 7 days,7-14 days each in 1 case,14-20 days with 2 cases, maintain 20 days more than 82 cases, pairwise comparison patients hemostasis duration (P> 0.05), the two groups in hemostasis duration time had no statistical difference.5.Curative Effect:There was no significant difference in the curative effect between the groups in adolescence, childbearing age and menopause group. The effect of vaginal bleeding time was better in patients with 8-28 days.6. Systemic Symptoms:for traditional Chinese medicine to observe the patients in treatment group were followed up for one menstrual cycle were observed in the group of patients with symptoms, in addition to body fat and other systemic symptoms before and after treatment comparing income P< 0.05, the difference was statistically significant.7. Adverse Reactions:the incidence of adverse drug reactions was 6.81% after treatment in the observation group, the incidence rate of adverse drug reaction was 23.26% in the control group.ConclusionEr Ren Decoction on spleen and kidney deficiency’s Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding effected clearly, the improvement of symptoms in patients with systemic has good effects, and adverse reaction is less, the patients are easy to accept, it’s worth to promot.
